VRCC Villa Sansibar

Villa Sansibar is located in Cape Coral's southwestern location. It's very quiet and away from major highways. The west exposure allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evenings and sunshine all day on the pool deck. The adjoining canal has the maximum width in Cape Coral. Privacy to the neighbors is given not only on land side by the beautifully landscaped garden, but by the wide channel also water side.

Our holiday villa was extensively renovated in 2019 and has a generous 200 sqm floor space. The pool area extends the width of the house and offers sun lovers a lot of space. The pool has been built a bit further from the house to guarantee sunshine on the pool from morning to evening. If you are looking for shade, there is enough space to relax under the large canopy on the terrace.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 45min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

The conversion of the villa was characterized by the idea to make the house bright, spacious and open. From the light-flooded living area you get into all rooms. Our kitchen has been designed to be open and offers all the amenities you could wish for, including espresso machine, icemaker and all new kitchen appliances. In the living area you will find a large TV with German TV and media library.

The master bedroom also has its own TV with German TV. It is very spacious and offers a great view down the canal. The associated master bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. Equipped with a large shower and bath, it offers plenty of space.

The second bedroom also provides best water views and direct access to the pool.

For exploring the area you have 2 bicycles at leisure. In the golfer's paradise Cape Coral, of course golf bags are not missing, which of course you can also use.

On site you will be looked after by the German-speaking property management.

Nos pareció súper, pero falta un poco de dotación como papel higiénico las bolsas para la papeleras son escasas para estar una semana no es suficiente los artículos de limpieza he higiene y las camas no son para la personas de la tercera edad son muy bajas!!! Lo demás todo muy bien el vecindario muy tranquilo la casa muy bonita muy limpia,se pasa en familia unos días súper

This property did not match the listing and communication was poor. The photos did not reflect the actual furniture—there was only one sofa in the living room and no coffee table or chairs. We were billed for extra guests even though they were already included and paid for. The TVs were advertised as smart with cable/satellite, but they were not smart and had no cable or satellite, and requests for help went unanswered. Exterior cameras were present but not disclosed.Positives: the pool is beautiful and the waterway view is great. Maintenance did come the next day for a clogged shower drain. FYI: electricity is charged separately (disclosed), and there is a 100 grill cleaning fee (we did not use the grill).Due to listing inaccuracies and poor communication, we would not return.

Great house & location!

Amazing home, perfect for our family of three for a long weekend. Property manager was very proactive, ensured pool was heated before our arrival. Pool is lovely! And views of the sunset over the canal so pretty. Washer & dryer on-site very handy. All the kitchen amenities plus extra blankets, pool toys, Plumbing & shower fixtures really nice.

Wonderful

The locations was amazing as we had a stunning view for sunsets. Not only was it beautiful but very peaceful as well . Just what we needed after a couple of days at Disney. My kids very much enjoy playing in the pool during the day and at night . I would highly recommend staying here .

Rainy lil vacation

Great place very nice and right on the water. It rained first 3 days of our 6 day stay. We were able to make best of it by enjoying local restaurants and the pool and kids enjoyed fishing equipment that was there. The bike provided had flat tires amd had some issue with tv. Other than that nothing bad to say really overall great stay. Would do it again.

Great time

The house was absolutely perfect. It had everything that we needed and was beyond clean!!! The backyard is where we spent most of our time in the gorgeous pool!! The temperature of the pool was delightful and the view of the water!!!!! The bike needed air in the tires so we couldn’t use it and would of like too. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Overall great time

The property location was the best! The fact that it was for sale and we needed to leave for a showing was somewhat disappointing. Also, there were some things that needed fixed that we pointed out. The property manager indicated that they would be fixed quickly but other than the AC none were fixed in the 6 weeks we were there.

Very relaxing and great weather

Spent 5 days between Christmas and New Years with wife and kids. Great house. Living room and pool was incredible. Fantastic restaurants all over Cape Coral. Went up to Venice beach and siesta key for some beach time due to Ft Myers being closed after hurricane. Overall, very relaxing. Quiet. Neighborhood and great views.

Nope, not again

My husband was in an accident and the host was less than pleasant about our emergency situation. He was difficult to communicate with. He would not allow us to change dates, even though I gave him a months notice. We had booked on a holiday weekend so he absolutely would have rebooked the location, we were not trying to cancel just move our dates. Despite we having travel insurance through the VRBO it was a nightmare having to prove my husbands accident, 3 shattered bones and three hour surgery which was ridiculous! Even though we jumped through every hoop and had his doctors write letters etc. We had to have the case reopened by this insurance several times. All of this could’ve been avoided if the host was just easier to work with. We had a booking with another VRBO host during the same timeframe different dates and she was so pleasant to work with an understanding about our situation, we change dates, she charged us a bit more which we willingly paid and we had a wonderful time. Host is everything!

Relaxing

The property is so beautiful, relaxing and had everything we could imagine, plus more, available for our use. Comfortable furniture, inside and out. Perfect pool and lanai. Spacious open concept throughout. Great, quiet neighborhood. Close to everything, except the beach, but the beaches at Sanibel/Captiva were worth the drive. Friendly property manager and pool guy. One sliding door didn't open and one blind wouldn't close, but overall everything was perfect! Would definitely come back again!

Perfect Fall Break Getaway!

My family & I had never been to this part of Florida. We have been to the panhandle several times and even visited Ft Lauderdale and Miami a couple times also. We wanted a place to ourselves that was away from all the hustle and bustle. We could not have been more pleased with our decision!!!!!! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips when it came to entertainment or dining and when we wanted the privacy and seclusion of our own dock and pool , it was here for us! The neighborhood was quiet , peaceful and beautiful!! We were more than completely satisfied with this rental and plan to visit again soon!!!!!

Beautiful place to say “I do”

What a wonderful place to start our new life together! Yes we said “I do” right in front of the beautiful pool with the most lovely sunset you have ever seen for a back drop. The entire home was over the top, well kept and even better than the pictures and descriptions!! Bedroom was so comfortable as well! The open flow of the home was great. So so pretty ! Many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes and beautiful beaches near by to explore. We dream of one day returning and would definitely recommend this home to those who love a cut above !

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property with our two Boston Terriers. The house was absolutely perfect from every aspect! We have stayed at other houses in the area and this house has been the best so far. I definitely recommend if staying in the area and are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Just what we needed

We arrived for spring break. The check in was quick and contactless - which was important to us. The property itself is perfect. Immaculately maintained, had everything we could need as far as kitchen, towels, great wifi...and an amazing pool with outstanding water views. We didn't do much around the area...as we are trying to be as careful as possible. We did do a covid friendly dolphin excursion, which was the highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend this property for anyone needing to get away and not really wanting to go anywhere. We were delighted.

Fun on the canal in the Cape!

The spacious, beautifully decorated home was perfect for our family's quarantine vacation. The home was immaculate. The kitchen was a cook's dream!! It had every bell and whistle needed to whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. The pool area was great for catching a beautiful sunset or watching the boats go by. There were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. As well as a supply of beach towels for poolside use. The property management team was excellent. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Best vacation rental experience in quite a while. I would definitely book this home again.
