Always nice to be in Cape Coral. A good neighborhood and the house have a wonderful view of the lake. The bedrooms were good in size and worked well for us, as a party of 7. Some minor cleaning issue but nothing that changes our mind that the house was a great place to stay at.

The pool was good for most of the stay. We were there for the month of March. On the last week of our stay the pool turned green with algae. I notified the agent and she said she would notify the pool company. The next day the pool service man was there to service the pool and he said he never got the message. We were not able to use the pool for the duration of our stay. There are other issues I wanted to address with the management company before we left but they did not return my call.
