Villa Lancaster is just perfect for a relaxing vacation in Florida. The villa convinces all along the line - also in terms of interior design. From the spacious living area with modern seating area and large flat screen TV you enter the open kitchen area with kitchen counter.

On the large patio you can enjoy the sun all day, refresh yourself in the pool and Jacuzzi and afterwards eat together at the large table what you have prepared on the grill and in the small but fine outdoor kitchen.

In the colder season, the pool can be heated electrically.

Villa Lancaster has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
- Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite master bathroom, flat screen TV.
- Bedroom with king size bed - bathroom shower/toilet, flat screen TV
- Bedroom with queen size bed - bathroom shower/toilet, flat screen TV
- Bedroom with queen size bed

Behind the house on the canal is the boat dock. Start your boat trip directly from Villa Lancaster to the islands Sanibel or Captiva.

LOCATION
Villa Lancaster is located in a very well-kept, quiet neighborhood in the southwest of Cape Coral. In the immediate neighborhood there are shopping facilities, various restaurants and bars. The nearby marina "Cape Harbour" with its restaurants, bars and stores can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Luxury villa

The home was beautiful we were to stay for a month however we were hit with two hurricanes within 11 days and then we had to leave due to no power. The house had no damage but because of no power we had to leave due to health reasons. I would love to go back but not in the month of October. The hostess was amazing!

Top Villa mit allem was man braucht!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Lancaster und waren stets super betreut. Auch wenn nicht alle Lichter oder zum Beispiel die Fernbedienung für den Pool funktioniert haben, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielleicht wäre ein Kühlbox vor Ort für die Mieter noch ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir danken für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Perfect vacation

This was the second year that our family chose this property to enjoy our summer vacations and taking into account our needs, the property perfectly meets our expectations and preferences. Located in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood. Communication with the owners was not necessary as everything was in good condition, but the few times we contacted them, the response was immediate and very professional. The pool is a real plus to the value of the property. It is very clean and well maintained. For all of the above, we recommend this property for any family desiring a truly family summer vacation. Marvelous

The experience was phenomenal but the living room rug needs to be permanently removed. It had previous animals urine on it and it was very unsanitary. I love the fact that the house was pet friendly because we have a small dog, the bathrooms were so beautiful, your availability of kitchen supplies was outstanding. Please thank Tony for us he was great when we needed him. Looking forward to doing it again for a longer stay.
