  • Enjoy your Florida vacation which leaves in the completely renovated in 2013 Villa 'Sunshine Paradise' nothing to be desired.
    The house offers a large saltwater pool with spa
    (Elec. Heated) and a south-facing terrace. Outside, of course there is a gas grill available, as well a table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers for relaxation - hours by the pool.
    Hatch from the open kitchen with bar.
    In the whole area WIFI, Passcode, so you can ständing in contact with his home or surf the Internet.
    The house is provided in the living area and bathrooms with easy-care Ceramischen tiles, the kitchen has all the usual appliances, and granite countertops (worktops).
    In the living room there is a comfortable leather sofa and a LED TV mounted on the wall, and Blueray DVD player (German DVDs do not work), and a stereo system also has a docking station available for your phone.

Great property

Property is amazing, they even provide beach accessories. House is immaculate, everything is 100% as pictured. Very good access to local stores, and a great hub if your plan is to hit beaches. This property is within 1 hour of all the top beaches for shelling. Will DEFINITELY be booking this again in the near future.

The deck you can get sun. Pool early in morning. After that only half is in sun. If you like floating on raft in sun, this is nit an all day thing. Everything else was fine.

Amenities excellent. One issue bugs noted roaches. Let property management know with two phone calls and text, but sadly no response. There was spray in house so we used it. Might be that house was closed up for a while.

Perfect vacation

The pictures don't show the reality. This house is perfect, very spacious, a lot of spots where you can find a privacy. The pool is bigger than you can imagine from the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, close to the stores. I really recommend!

Perfect week long getaway in Cape Coral

Perfect - will be back!

Everything is very well kept and clean. The pool area was amazing. The property managers worked with me to ensure the pool temperature was to my liking (I get so cold, so easily!). We even opted to stay an additional 5 nights on top of the 2 weeks we had initially booked. Great location, very quiet neighborhood and tons of food options nearby. Thanks!

Perfect to explore Cape Coral and very well taken care of

Well-stocked kitchen. Bikes, foosball table, pool and grill all worked great. We didn't use the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers) but it was nice to have it available. Master bed (king) was a little soft for us but we'd definitely stay here again!

Very Relaxing

We had a great stay at this location. The house had everything we needed. They even had enough beach chairs and two beach umbrellas for us to use. We had a great time in the pool. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the owner wouldn't give us any type of refund for last day when we decided to leave a day early due to a tropical storm that was headed directly toward Cape Coral.

Perfect home away from home

This is a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful, very clean and tidy, with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the tools necessary to cook at home. I was a single traveler, so I only used the master bedroom, but the bed was very comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was large. I especially enjoyed the openness of the walk-in shower. The pool is a real gem. It's very clean and private, due to well placed trees and plantings. I travel to this area at least once a year and rent homes instead of hotels. This truly felt like home away from home and I would seek this house to rent for my next visit to Cape Coral.

Has a great stay! Everything was in good order. Only suggestion would be to have laundry detergent and dish soap, maybe some cooking essentials like oil, spices, etc. but other than that had a blast!
