The Neighborhood:
Cape Coral is known for its 400 miles of canals. Some refer to it as a "Waterfront Wonderland". Home to manatees, Sirenia Vista Park has kayak routes to Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, where birds wade amid mangroves.
Downtown Cape Coral may be fairly new, but is constantly expanding and growing into its own must-visit destination point. Once you cross over the Cape Coral Bridge from College Parkway and pass the first light at Del Prado Blvd, you're in what's known as downtown Cape Coral. It may be small, but has everything you need! All the conveniences plus restaurants, a museum and bars.

There is a pool that is under construction in the backyard. Please note that this area is blocked off and should be avoided. The owners hope to have this finished soon.
