"We were only in town for the day, visiting Sanibel. Sanibel was not the shell beach sanctuary I remember from years ago. We chose to however to stay over in Ft Myers, Very nice, very easy access and convenient to Mall, restaurants ans anything you may need while in town. The free breakfast was very average, maybe a little below average for a hotel in this range. Free however is free. It is what it is. Rooms nice, staff friendly"

"After a 4 hour road trip we were immediately treated with a smile and a cookie and that was awsome, because we were starving. The staff is so kind and really help make you comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and as was the lady that attended it all. She really made sure everything was full and tasty . The rooms were so comfortable and perfect if you have kids . The pack & play fit perfectly in the sofa/ lounge area. And enough space for us to walk around with plenty of desks to work while...

"We walked in and the employee was not in any uniform. She gave us our keys and we walked into a room that had not been cleaned, in fact it looked like someone was using the room. We immediately went to the front desk and the employee gave us a different room. As soon as we walked in it was a different type of room than we booked (1 small bed instead of their 2 bed room). There were also two towels on the floor and refrigerator did not turn, have a baby and needed somewhere to store the milk."
