WELCOME TO CAPE HEAVEN
Cape Heaven is a 4 bedroom Cape Coral vacation rental built for families and friend groups who want a true Florida pool home with a backyard that keeps everyone busy. The oversized yard has a big heated pool, a full sand volleyball court, a kids play park and a pergola with a hanging swing that is made for sunset photos. Chill under the lanai, grill at the outdoor kitchen, or jump in the pool. Come for the fun, stay for the vibes.

THE BACKYARD
- Big pool (optional heat) with sun loungers and a pergola lounge

THE BEDROOMS
- Master: king bed, TV, private bathroom with double vanity and a glass walk in shower
- Guest bedroom: queen bed
- Kids room: two twin beds
- Private suite: queen bed, TV and its own kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave
- Two more full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and sliding barn door
All beds come with fresh linens and every bedroom has a ceiling fan.

THE LIVING SPACES
Open floor plan with a stone accent wall, big screen TV, sectional sofa and a dining table by the sliders to the pool. Full kitchen with quartz island, stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a keypad lock on the front door for easy self check in.

THE LOCATION
Quiet Cape Coral neighborhood, steps from Honeymoon Lake, with supermarkets and restaurants minutes away. About 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, about 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, and about 30 minutes to RSW airport.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Pool heat is optional at $50 per day, please request it at least 24 hours before check in so the pool has time to warm up
- EV charger is on site for your electric car
- Boat and RV parking is on the property, the garage is owner storage and is off limits
- Pets are welcome, max 2, $100 per pet (please tell us before you book)
- Main renter must be 25 or older, no parties or events
- Outside security cameras face the driveway, pool and front door and must stay connected
- Flush toilet paper only, no wipes
