Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well-maintained property! It is a beautiful, newer home that is well laid-out, nicely appointed, and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room to host friends and family when they visited, and everyone enjoyed the large patio and pool area! We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

Beautiful home

We rented this house for 3 weeks and it was absolutely amazing. The home has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are a great size and the ability to have indoor outdoor space with the doors sliding all the way open from the living room to the pool was magnificent. The house has all of the amenities you would need and is conviently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and all major shopping. We had a fantastic stay here and would return again.

Work and rest

Great place to relax while rebuilding our home nearby. Home was clean and way too big for us; the pool and screen room were just what we needed. A few minor wear and tear items. House was quiet, even with neighborhood construction.

Some good some bad

The house is very modern and clean. Having 3 king size bed and 3 bathrooms was ideal for 3 adult couples. The pool was clean and enjoyable. A few shortcomings were as follows: We didn't have any dish towels at the house and I called Monica and they arrived from Amazon the next day (we used paper towels a lot). There were 4 bikes and only one operated that I could ride, the other 3 didn't seem ones that I would want my wife to try to ride with one lacking front brakes, so I rode alone and my wife didn't go for ride with me. There were only 2 hair dryers and we thought it would be nice to have one in each bathroom and we had to continuously get them back and forth between bathrooms. There were 2 kayaks which we wanted to use but there was no place to place them in the canal and the canal contained what looked like sea weed most of the day. There were enough tvs to use but there were no local programing or stations so you could watch network broadcasts like American Idol, etc. We found no paper or pens to write with and used our own. Maybe add a box of Kleenex to get started to have in kitchen. Overall Roelen did an outstanding job with communication but doubt if we would return to that house next year.
