Immaculate home with open-concept living, featuring a spacious kitchen with a sociable island and glass sliding doors leading to a screened outdoor space with a heated pool and BBQ grill. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area with a smart TV for streaming. Master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, smart TV, and ample storage. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and smart TV. Master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, while the shared guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Convenient amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, single-car garage, and tandem parking for two cars in the driveway. Your well-kept retreat awaits!
Please note that the pool and spa area is a shared space with the unit on the other side.
This home is one half of a duplex in Cape Coral. There is parking on the driveway and the single car garage. However, for those times when you don't feel like driving, there is Uber and Lyft.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owner and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay.
There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property. Please feel free to contact us before your trip to ask any essential questions via the Airbnb app and we will be happy to answer them.

A top tip - the Cape can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and waterways. It may help to know that 'Streets' and 'Terraces' run east to west, and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north to south. When looking for an address, be sure to have it correct. SW 7th Place, is in a completely different place from SW 7th Avenue, for example.
Also be aware that Veterans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Myers with Cape Coral, are toll bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $2/car.
There is also a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don't feel like driving.
You will have the house to completely to yourself, but we would like you to be aware that the pool and spa is a shared space with the unit on the other side. The minimum age required to rent this vacation home is 25 and we reserve the right to request ID. The primary renter must be present for the duration of the rental period. We will ask for a rental agreement to be completed and signed.
Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
This home is in a residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 9pm.
Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - The property shall not be booked by anyone less than 28 years of age and that person must be staying at the property for the duration of the booking - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - Guests will not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. - Late check-out may sometimes be possible and will be offered for a small fee if available. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and you will be charged a security deposit at the time of booking. Please report accidental damage to the management as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR KEY REAL ESTATE ADVISORS VACATION RENTALS. These Additional Terms for Key Real Estate Advisors Vacation Rentals, including any applicable Unit-Specific Terms (as defined below) (collectively, the “Key Real Estate Advisors Terms”), apply to your Airbnb booking of the vacation rental property specified in a confirmed reservation (the “Property”). In case of any conflict between the Key Real Estate Advisors Terms and the Airbnb Terms of Service (“Airbnb Terms”) that apply to your reservation, the Airbnb Terms will control. These Key Real Estate Advisors Terms are between: (1) Key Real Estate Advisors (“Key Real Estate Advisors,” “we,” or “us”), acting for itself and for the owner of the Property (“Owner”), and (2) the person who is the responsible renter of the Property (collectively “Renter” or “you”). You acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, all terms, conditions, and policies in these Key Real Estate Advisors Terms. Certain jurisdictions, resorts, and specific homes require renters to agree to additional terms and conditions (“Unit-Specific Terms”). If any provision of the Unit-Specific Terms differs from the general provisions of the Key Real Estate Advisors Terms, the provision of the Unit-Specific Terms will control.
ADDITIONAL TERMS A. Minimum Age. The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is the age specified in any Unit-Specific Terms. If no age is specified in the Unit-Specific Terms, the Minimum Age is 25 years of age (or the minimum age required by law in the jurisdiction where the Property is located, if different). You agree to provide us with proof of age upon request. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests who are under the Minimum Age for the entire duration of the rental.
B. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy.
C. Good Neighbor Policy. Because the Property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy: - Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. - To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out. - You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Key Real Estate Advisors from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. - Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. - You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
D. No Smoking. No smoking is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time.
E. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
F. Animals. We accept service animals in line with Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the property. You also agree that we cannot guarantee that no animals have been in the Property prior to your use or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description.
G. Events; Commercial Photography; Structures; Charcoal Grills. Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property. Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, applicable occupancy limits and other rules under Airbnb's Party and Events Policy will apply, and additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.
H. Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay.
