The house was amazing! The coastal decor was a great touch without being over the top. Primary suite was well appointed and very large. Kitchen was ** chefs kiss **. We were happy to find a dining table for 8 (not pictured on VRBO) that we used for dining and games. The pool area was so, so nice and included an abundance of outdoor furniture. 3 additional bedrooms and 2 baths made it perfect for our group. Hosts were helpful and correspondence was quick. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Very clean, cozy. Stocked with anything you could possibly need. We rented it for a month and couldn’t be happier. It’s a great location. A lot to do in Cape Coral, with Fort Myers being so close. The outside pool area is amazing. We had a small issue with the hot tub. Called Kate, got an immediate response, problem was resolved immediately. Can’t say enough about this place. Definitely a five star with a premier host. Definitely recommend this home

Beautiful home and great location

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for our family vacation. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to shopping, eating, and the beach. The kids fished in the canal and we rented a boat to take out further. Very short distance to get out of the canals and into the open water. The house had all the comforts of home and was really great. For the pool/spa, to the pool table and bikes, our family was entertained while we were at the house.

Family Spring Break

We have been traveling to Florida for spring break for over ten years. This hands down was our best one yet!! The home was immaculate when we arrived, everything worked properly including pool and spa! We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The bikes were a wonderful added bonus which was great for morning bike rides to the beach. The weather was perfect we wished we could have stayed for two weeks!! ;-)

This was our first time to Cape Coral, and we couldn't have picked a better home to spend our trip in. We drove from Indiana, which allowed us to bring a lot of our own pool and beach things. It was totally NOT necessary though, because this place has everything you could possibly need!!! Pool floats, pool towels, beach toys, beach chairs, extra spices, Tupperware, etc etc! The added bonus of the tiki hut on the canal is also wonderful. My girls bought a fishing pole and loved catching fish off of the dock. (Watch out for the catfish though--they'll get ya)! The proximity to Fort Myers Beach also worked very well for our family. We could spend the day at the beach, and then come home and relax by the pool! The bikes that came with the house were also so nice! We rode to the yacht club beach as well as to dinner. So many restaurants within biking distance from the house. If you're looking for a great place to stay and just relax, you've found it! Thanks again!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

The house was exactly as it was described. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and an infant and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals and serve snacks. Our teenage boys loved fishing in the canal and caught quite a few different species of fish. The pool area and spa were clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and anyone we interacted with were friendly and willing to answer questions we had about the area. I can't say enough about how much my family and I enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back whenever we can.

WONDERFUL

Absolutely beautiful property. Nice and close to Yacht Club Beach. We enjoyed taking the bikes to the beach and watching the sunset there. The pool and hot tub were a great place for relaxing. The house has obviously been remodeled in the last little bit and so all the finishes, appliances and furniture is new. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could need. Lots of nice new towels, enough for everyone in our party of 8. Very happy with this house and the owners. Had an issue with the garage door opener and the owner was able to get it fixed within hours. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Awesome Place

This property is amazing!!! My wife and I with our 11 and 12 year old children chose to head to Cape Coral area and this house did not disappoint. Upon arrival my two kids were asking if we could stay here again next year lol. Each bedroom had a flat screen tv hanging on the wall which they loved at night. The house was so clean it almost felt like we were in a model home. There was plenty to do just at the house from the pool, to fishing in the canal, to playing pool on what appeared to be a brand new pool table, AND its right around the corner to Sanibel beach with tons of authentic pizza places on every corner. This place was amazing. We will probably be back next year and rent the same place. If you are looking for a place to stay in the South Florida area this is it. I highly reccomend!
