  • Palm Terrace Coral Home. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Cape Coral, Fl. Our beautiful vacation rental home offers a large heated pool, tons of space to lounge, and a great SW Cape Coral location. The home is situated in a quiet, serene neighborhood.
    Enjoy a large heated pool, gas grill, large lanai with plenty of patio furniture.
    The garage has beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas for your trip to the beach
    Our home comes fully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you may need, towels, linens, gas grill as well as a washer and dryer.

    Open concept living with smart large flat screen TV. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Cable and internet provided. Use any of your devices with the free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy quiet time, you could not imagine wasting away anywhere else for your well-deserved vacation.

    We are close to the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Naples. The area is near public golf courses, shopping, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. There are lots of activities in the area, excursions to surrounding islands, manatee and dolphin tours, sunset cruises, beaches, and water parks.
    Palm Terrace Coral is the escape you've been looking for!
    Please feel free to ask me with any additional questions. Pack N Play and high chair available for a small rental fee.

    Rental amount reflects maximum of 7 people. Each additional person will be charged $15.00 per person per day and is responsible for their own sleeping accommodations after 7 people. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.
    No pets please. No parties.
    This is a non smoking home.

Beautiful vacation

Lovely stay at Palm Terrace!

A lovely, spacious home that was comfortable and quiet. All of the amenities were great and we really enjoyed the pool. The host gave good recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a fantastic time!

Quiet and clean house

Had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. I could not have asked for a better stay. The house is located far enough from the main road and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would certainly recommend this property.

Great Home for Families

Home was very clean and stocked with everything you need! Had plenty of room for our family of 6. Our kids loved the pool! Home is very close to groceries, gas, and restaurants. They have beach toys and gear for you to borrow. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice vacation in a great area of Florida

We found the house to be very neat and well kept. Everything was clean and in good working order. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. We enjoyed walking and felt safe to be out. Pool was lovely, very neat and clean. We will definitely check to see if the property is available when we are back in this area. Home owner was great to work with and checked to see if everything was in order or if we need anything. A great experience.

Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the owner was very accommodating as we needed to stay an extra day. The home was a nice place to come back to after a long day in the sun with the pool.

Fantastic place

Property was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great in quality and the pool was kept at just the right temp. The water fall in the pool was such a fun addition. We had everything we needed on site and they even have beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas to use during the stay. The host was amazing and communication was quick and pleasant. We will be back again.

Good experience

Everything was pretty good. Nice location for us. The pool didn’t get cleaned while we were here and is turning green. Also, one day when we washed dishes when we opened it there bugs crawling around. But, we would rate it very high for the most part.

Wonderful place to stay, great for kids!

This house had everything you could hope for! Clean, beautiful, enclosed pool was great for the kids, lots of pool toys, games, beach stuff, everything you could want! Property manager was polite, easy to get ahold of, and reasonable. Highly recommend!

The House is exactly as pictured on VRBO. Very Clean, perfect set up for 3 Guys who were there to play Golf. Diana was very responsive to my requests. Would love to go back next year.
