Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms 2 full bathroom. all furnished 2 spacious living rooms, laundry with washer and dryer.
Located just 15 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from beaches of Sanibel, Captiva , Fort Meyers and Pine Island.
Enjoy fishing , the Water park sunsplash just 2 minutes and the golf course just 2 minutes away.
Cook at home or just go out, we are 5 minutes from the best restaurants.

Explore the Thomas Edison museum, and Henry Ford winter estates.
Come and enjoy this beatiful house as much we do .

Great central location

The house was very clean and adequately equipped. It was centrally located between Naples, Sanibel, Ft Myers and Punta Gorda. A lot to do. We really enjoyed the Six Mile Slough. Our favorite restaurant was Point 57 off Del Prada. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with many full time residents that made us feel secure. The property manager was very helpful.

A great week on the gulf!

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean and reasonably well maintained. The property manager was very polite, responsive and helpful in addressing a couple of minor issues. It was a restful retreat in a quiet neighborhood and close to maritime recreational activities.

Cape Coral vacation home

Very nice clean home in quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Pine Island where we met up with friends. Several restaurants minutes away. Also Publix 10 minutes.

Gross house that needs cleaning and updating

I stayed here and the house was completely dirty and needed serious updating. The towels and sheets were old and the furniture looked like it had all been bought from a thrift store. The master bathroom toilet did not work as well. The property manager was helpful and we did get a full refund from the owner.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were nice and spacious. The living area was perfect for me and my family. Hope to stay there again.

Good Location, close to friends and sights, responsive contact for home issues

The location was close to friends in Cape Coral and N Fort Myer. We enjoyed Malacha, Pine Island; Sanibel Island; Fort Myer, Art Fair; Venice beaches and a great Farmer’s Market at Surf Side Mall [held on Tuesdays] We experienced a few issues with ants, unclean bedding, and air conditioning failure. Tony, our contact for the house, was very responsive in handling issues he could deal with. We felt a need to clean things that could have been cleaned better. We recommend that the home owner respond as soon as the contract is made through VRBO so that the renter is assured of the reservation and able to make plans for flights and other guests that will be sharing the home. All-in-all, the weather was perfect and we had an enjoyable month in February in Florida.
