Coastal Therapy is a waterfront home on a large canal cove with dock and screened-in, heated outdoor pool lanai area. Bring your boat, dock at your own private dock and be fishing in the Gulf in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding river, bay or Gulf fishing or just take the kayaks out for a paddle. Have s’mores on the dock after a day of fishing, playing in pool, or spending the day at the beach. After a great night’s rest on the upscale mattresses and linens, watch the sunrise with your coffee utilizing the fully equipped coffee and tea bar.
Coastal Therapy is a spacious home located on the canals of Cape Coral just off the Caloosahatchee River. The house is located in the middle of the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area and a short drive to restaurants, beach, or golfing. Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel island are within 35 minutes for beach activities. Play golf at one of 9 locations or have fun playing at Top Golf. Tons of restaurants on the water or in downtown Cape Coral or Ft. Myers.
The house is a beautiful 2100 sq. ft. home with a huge great room perfect for entertaining with kitchen, game room/bar, and living room. Play pool or shuffleboard while watching the game on a 55" TV in the game room. The comfortable living room contains a 75" TV that can be viewed while cooking in the kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a King bed with sliding doors opening to the lanai. The Queen bedroom also opens to the lanai along with a 3rd bedroom with 4 twins beds. All bedrooms have high end linens!
Outside on the lanai area is a gorgeous sitting area with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating including a dinner table, TV, and plenty of lighting and fans. Hang out in the screened-in heated (winter only) pool looking over the large cove and enjoy quiet shady evenings. Large cove side dock patio with seating for some night fishing. If you're lucky you may see some of the canal wildlife, perhaps a dolphin or manatee.
Bring your bikes as Cape Coral has over 90 miles of bike lanes/paths and the house is adjacent to the Veterans Parkway Path.
Home is best set up for 2 couples with 4 children for 8 total. Inquire for additional accommodations.

This home is owner managed - not by a management company - and we take great pride in 5 star accommodations. Our second property is Ft. Sunsets in Tennessee; it is a 5 star property and we expect Coastal Therapy to be the same. Florida is home to a vast array of wildlife. Manatees are regular visitors to Coastal Therapy. Dolphin, shark, alligators, and snakes can also be seen occasionally. For their safety and yours, please don’t feed the wildlife. 10% of all revenue go to Hurricane Relief or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Cameras located in outside areas only for your safety and record video/audio. Coverage includes front door, front yard and side yards - your privacy in the pool area and in the home is 100% preserved.
