Beautiful canal view, direct Gulf access, gorgeous heated saltwater pool!

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the highly desired Yacht Club area of SE Cape Coral. This location is close to restaurants and shopping by car, as well as minutes from open water and the Gulf of Mexico by boat. There are no bridges or locks to go through on your way by boat to the Caloosahatchee River! If traveling by car, you are also only minutes from the Cape Coral Bridge that heads across to the Ft Myers area and Sanibel Island.

The saltwater heated pool and lanai area overlooking the canal provides a relaxing space to swim, dine, read, or relax. If you like to fish, you can fish right from the dock and catch the night’s dinner! Grill your catch using the gas grill provided. If kayaking is more your liking, there are kayaks (with life jackets) for your use — leave right from the dock! At this time, the boat lift is not available for use by renters. But you are more than welcome to bring your boat (or rent one) and tie it up at the dock. A short, 20-25 minute, boat ride will have you at Sanibel's breathtaking beaches!

The 17 feet of glass sliding doors leads from the lanai back into the family room area - complete with couches, smart TV, and game table.

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, smart TV, laundry basket, alarm clock, dresser, and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Laundry is available in the garage so that you can dry those wet suits and towels! Also, there are assorted pool floats, beach chairs, beach umbrella, soft sided cooler and fishing poles for your use.

For security reasons, there is an active Ring Camera at the front door enclosure that captures footage of the front entrance, yard, garage, and driveway. There is also one in the backyard dock/pool area attached to the outside of the pool cage, near the shed. This one captures video of the lanai, pool, dock and yard areas. However, this one will be turned off when your party arrives and for the duration of your stay, unless we have reason to believe that you are in violation of our house rules. If this is the case, we may briefly use the backyard Ring camera to check on the condition of our property. Violations can result in extra charges, or early termination of your stay.
