This is your chance for a perfect Cape Coral Florida getaway! 4 bedrooms with a split master design in a great Cape Coral neighborhood within walking distance to bars/restaurants and everything you need is close by. Unique pool design with shallow, beach entry. Perfect for the little kids or pulling a lounger in to stay cool while getting the ultimate Florida sun. Large, bubbly hot tub for the nights under the stars.

This property is exceptional, very comfortable, clean and updated. Outdoor area all screened in, including pool and very enjoyable. Location is excellent, convenient to Fort Myers, airport and Cape Coral. Building manager Renee helpful and responsive, made our short visit there go smoothly.Would definitely go again!

The pool was amazing. Warm 86 degrees. The infinity pool was perfect for our grandkids ages 2 and 5. We spotted roof rats on back fence during sundown. They have infested the Cape Coral area. Lots of little spiders that wove lots of webs around pool area but they didn’t bother us. Home was well stocked with essentials. The host was super responsive and allowed us to check in early and even allowed us to stay an extra night. The home itself was nice, Comfortable beds. Upon arriving we noticed a glob of hair in master shower (ugh) tho I did not report - just cleaned shower. Days later spotted a huge cockroach on wall which I did report. Didn’t feel safe walking in area. Abandoned bldgs a block away on way to downtown. After 2 weeks of not receiving refundable fee I inquired and got a msg that they were charging us 100 for a broken patio chair and if I would have reported it, it could have gone more smoothly. What? We have never damaged any rented property..EVER. I did move the chair from porch to lanai as after 12pm there is no sun in the pool area except for a tiny corner in which the loungers would not fit. I AM guilty of not returning that chair to the porch but did not damage. No questions were asked. Just an accusation that we broke it. At departure we did 3 loads of towels, swept, cleaned frig, did dishes and cleaned lanai. We did NOT leave a damaged chair. Maybe broke when they picked up to move back to porch? We were charged anyway, their word over ours

Teen baseball tournament

Very easy check in. Grandson’s team was playing at different venues in ft Myers. Our location was great for getting around the area. Visited family on ft Myers beach and friends in Palmetto. The teens and adults enjoyed the pool every night. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Laundry was a bonus. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the easy walking distance to fun and delicious restaurants.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean upon arrival. This location is perfect and so close to everything you could want or need but tucked away on a quiet road.I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee in the pool area every morning and it was so relaxing. We are already talking about making plans to come back next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

We had wonderful weather. Almost every evening in our 2 week stay it rained. Was fantastic with the lanai and the screened in pool. Lay out of home was really nice master bedroom and bath on one side and master bath and other 2 bedrooms on the other. Living space in between with washer and dryer off the kitchen was ideal.

Dream home

Amazing property! Location was central to pretty much anything you would need. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The zero entry pool was great for my 7 mo old niece to splash around in. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths allowed our group of 6 to spread out. Tv outside was great for having music going while in the pool

Stunning property close to Cape Coral and Fort Meyers Beach!!

I have so many great things to say about this property. It is within walking distance of msny ammenities. Location is prime for Cape Coral and FMB activities. As close as you can get to FMB while still in Cape Coral. The property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The layout is wondetful. Bedrooms each have own TVs and spacious. The pool is a gem!! I thought big for a private pool. Loved zero entry pool for little kuds and easily launching adult rafts into the deep end.They have alot of pool toys/floats etc. It just felt like pur own private resort with multiple lounge chais, hot tub, pools, outdoor lanai/lounge area. Tile around the pool area is gorgeous too. Plenty of seating outdoors and indoors. Tvs all new and throughout the house. Furniture is so comfy. I also must say the landscaping is simply stunning and makes the pool and lanai area very private. Lanscaping is so tropical with blooming flowers, coconut trees, palm trees, tropical ferns etc. Also, management is so professional, kind, and responsive!!! Renee gets back to you in minutes most times.They also have a very handy and professional app to download to give you all the information needed for a peefect trip. Would definitely reccommendvthos spacious and beautiful home to rent.

This property was just as listed. It was very clean and the pool/hot tub were perfect. In a nice neighborhood. Great communication from the property manager. We had an amazing time and hope to return!

Perfect spot

This place is walkable to everything you might want. It was very clean, well equipped and private. The heated pool with integrated hot tub was amazing. Huge covered outdoor space. Nicely decorated with comfy beds. Everything you need to know is in the notebook provided.

Perfect Location, Great Home

We stayed at the house post Christmas through New Years. The house was very clean and organized. The pool and hot tub were FANTASTIC. We had trouble getting the hot tub hot, but It was our fault not reading directions correctly. The host was quick to respond and help us out:) The location was within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Cape Coral has a wonderful outdoor New Year's Eve celebration which we walked to. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection

We had the best time visiting Florida for our life long friends wedding this past weekend. The property was wonderful. Renee the host was as lovely as could be. Wish we could have met her. She was friendly and attentive durning our entire stay. The home had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was fully stocked with quality items. Location was perfect! Highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back. ♥️

Amazing End of Summer Getaway

This property is an amazing little gem hidden in Cape Coral. The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful. The hostess has thought of everything including convenient phone charging stations in every bedroom and the kitchen! The hostess was extremely welcoming and very quick to respond if we had a question. The little pool outside was absolutely amazing and a major highlight of the trip. If we make it back down to cape coral, we will definitely stay here again!!

Great rental!

My cousins and I stayed here for a girls weekend away and absolutely loved the home! Everything was clean, as described, and within 20 minutes of beaches, the airport and downtown! We loved to pool and how walkable it was to the grocery store and a few bars/ restaurants. If you’re looking for a low key weekend away, I would recommend this property! Renee was also a wonderful communicator!

Great getaway!!!

We were looking for a location that was close to the beach and close to Ft. Meyers to visit family and friends. This place fit the bill for our family. There were 5 of us (all adults) and we were very comfortable. Pool/hot tub turned out to be the big hit for our family. We are considering a return trip.

Beautiful and comfortable house

Loved our stay at this property. Pool and hot tub were amazing! The lanai was so wonderful with the ceiling fan which made it bearable with the hot weather. The house was comfortable and clean and the living room furniture was so comfortable, my mom loved it and spent most of her time there watching TV. The pool was so amazing during the day and night! Thank you for all the amenities. Just one thing was missed. There was no iron or ironing board but other than that everything was so comfortable and cozy. Will rent this property again!
