“Sunset Dream” is a newly built, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one story home located on a little freshwater lake overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. When vacationing at “Sunset Dream”, be ready to enjoy a Resort lifestyle with free access to a community swimming pool, tennis courts, soft sand beach and walking/jogging trails.
Comfortably furnished, “Sunset Dream” has all first-floor living. The primary suite has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds and a full bathroom. This cozy beach home is a great place to relax and unwind. The back screened porch, overlooking the little freshwater lake is a perfect place to just kick back with your morning coffee, afternoon iced tea or enjoy evening sunsets.
The layout is open and airy, with lots of light! A spacious great room with fireplace offers plenty of room for your whole group. Enjoy your meals in the lovely dining area seating 6. A well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating is ready for whipping up a gourmet meal for everyone or just throwing together a quick omelette or sandwich whenever. The front and side door feature ring doorbells and a truest bird feeder is located in the backyard.
At Sunset Dream, guests will have full access of Bay Creek free amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. In order to access Bay Creek's Life Center (pools, fitness center & member lounge), you will need to pay an additional fee of $75 per night for the full duration of your stay, regardless whether you use it each day. You may book tee times at Bay Creek as well and pay a per person rate at the Pro Shop at the time of playing. You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit for either choice.
