Escape the grind of everyday life with a memorable vacation at this beachfront home. Brand New for 2023 and may be the break you need to recharge your life and create lifelong memories.

The main living area, located on the 2nd floor has a large screen TV and is open to the spacious kitchen with a countertop bar and bar seating. A large dining table to create memorable family gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen with all your cooking needs includes abundant counter space for meal prep, tons of cabinets for storage plus stainless steel appliances. From the living area, you are spoiled by the bay views! Sliding glass doors lead to the deck where you will find plenty of seating to watch the evenings' sunsets.

The first floor includes 2 King primary suites with private baths. The suites lead to the sunporch which provides an additional sleeping area or lounge area that is an ideal space for the family to spread out. The additional bedrooms are on a split level each have their own private bath. Bedroom 3 contains a queen and the 4th has a pyramid bunk (double bed on bottom, twin on top) with a twin trundle! The perfect room for the kids!

The third floor gives you a bird's eye view of the sweeping bay views and offers yet another space for the family to spread out and relax. The perfect perch to have your morning coffee and watch the sparkle of the bay in peace. You don’t want to forget about the sitting in your back yard and enjoy all the great yard games, solo stove, or take the kids to the beach to build sandcastles and play in the calm bay waters. Plenty of beach gear for everyone!

Complimentary Access: Bay Creek Amenities
As part of the exclusive Bay Creek community, guests have access to a wealth of world-class amenities. Enjoy the Private Golf Club with 27 holes of championship golf, two miles of pristine private beach, and a community center featuring a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Explore over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails within a 365-acre nature preserve or relax on the sand beach. Additional amenities include a Pro Shop and on-site restaurant.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

• While the complimentary resort amenities of the Bay Creek Resort are included, please note the Members Life Center is not available to guests.

- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Virginia and in Northampton County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs, or access to communal pools. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Animals/pets must be disclosed prior to reservation arrival date. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.

Well loved, maintained & stocked home on the bay. Everything was thought of by the owners. Large living space for all to congregate & each have his/her own seat. Well stocked kitchen included all the necessary cooking/baking/serving supplies + several pantry staples. All appliances in working order. Each family couple had their own large bedroom with plenty of room & their own private bath (+ bidets). Nice & clean upon arrival + a little treat from the owner, which was unexpected but so appreciated. Outdoor space is awesome with 3 separate areas to pull up a seat & enjoy the view of the bay. Lots of outdoor toys provided, from SUP & chairs to umbrellas & sand toys. Short path leading from home directly to beach. Outdoor shower & hose great for a rinse off. 1+ mile walk to most of the restaurants, brewery, shops & public beach. We rented a golf cart for convenience. The neighbors & neighborhood were quiet. Cape Charles is a great, safe walking town that didn't seem like a crowded tourist area for the Labor Day holiday. Will definitely be back for a relaxing retreat!

What a wonderful home! Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Well advertised and loved all the bathrooms! Something for everyone at this home! Will definitely be back!!
