With all new furnishings, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on-site laundry, WiFi, and televisions in every bedroom, this cozy home is perfect for a family getaway. Dine outside in the screened porch and enjoy the warm Florida breeze!

    Load up the wagon with toys for the short walk to the beach, or spend the day at one of many nearby attractions. Less than an hour away from Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and the Kennedy Space Center. After a long day of fun, put your feet up and enjoy the waterfall or unwind in the 4 person spa, while the kids splash in the spacious pool. Excellent stay, the house was clean, excellent communication with host, easy check in and check out. Enough space for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our vacation!

Mark was so helpful and super responsive. Loved this place to getaway from the PA weather! We even got to watch a rocket take off from the beach which added to our memorable trip here! This home was top notch and we loved our stay!

We loved our 5-week stay in this house! The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The house was clean and the beds were all comfortable. The pool and pool deck were so very nice and well maintained. The beach was within comfortable walking distance. We highly recommend!

This home was amazing. The pool was the best by far from any other VRBO we have stayed at and warm everyday. The best part is the location. We would walk down to the beach or drive to restaurants and grocery stores within minutes. We were able to see a rocket launch from the house. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and house was very clean. We would definately come back for another stay. Host was amazing as well. I had small questions and he responded right away.

We loved the place. Walking distance to the beach. Clean house. Beautiful pool. Check in and out was a breeze and the host made sure we had everything we needed.

Quick Getaway

We had a great time here! Location was great we walked to the.ocean with no issues daily. Short drive to the port and other attractions. This area has less traffic which was nice. The pool was fantastic and used every day! Just like in the pictures!

The house was perfect and just as described in the listing. The host responded quickly to any questions asked. The pool and hot tub were perfect for my family. The location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing trip

This house was perfect! I would recommend staying. The pool is the main reason we picked this house and it didnt disappoint. Blocks from beach, if you dont want to walk, there is parking at beach access at end of road. Close to shops, restaurants, cruise termanal, and NASA. We even got to see a rocket launch from the front yard.

Wonderful Getaway Home

This property is a wonderful home in a great location. Walking distance to the beach with beach access. The host Mark is great and very accommodating. He got back to me right away with any questions I had. I would definitely stay at this home again without hesitation!

Cape Canaveral Experience

We had a wonderful experience at this property! It totally lived up to its description. The pool was a great addition and added much to our stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and stores. The host was readily available to answer questions or concerns and was great to work with. He responded immediately and was ready to make sure our stay was a great experience. Definitely will return

Awesome little family gem

This was truly a home away from home! We really enjoyed our stay here and Mark was so quick to respond to any questions I had. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, my littles thought is was far :) but we went everyday and had a blast every time. This house had everything we needed for the home, pool and beach which made packing a breeze. Thank you again for sharing your awesome little gem 💎. This house will be on my favorites list.

Beautiful home!

My children and I stayed 8 days, 7 nights at this beautiful property and it did not disappoint. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and promptly by the owner Mark! He was a very kind host. The home was clean, necessary dishes were already there. Check in and check out process was very easy. 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach, where my children and I got to view our first horizon sunrise. Plenty of things/activities to do around the home as well. 10/10 recommend and we will be booking again!

Don't sleep on this family-friendly gem!

We rate this rental 5 stars for sure! We plan to be back! We had 2 adults, 3 teens, and 2 small kids. Neighborhood/location: We normally go to Destin/miramar beach - we got to this area first week of July and wondered "where is everyone?". The town still has lots of tourist friendly spots without painful traffic or crowded beaches! The neighborhood is older, but many homes are being remodeled or have been and this one looks like a shining gem from the curb! It is perfectly located close to a gas station and many fun vacation restaurants and shops. It feels safe! Best, it's within walking distance of what feels like a private beach entrance! It's about four blocks. There are a few parking spots and we drove to carry all the beach gear. (Ps. The rental has a cabana as well as a beach wagon for use!!) The pool is the star of the show with this place! It was perfect for the type of vacation where you wanna do just the beach and eating out. It's clean and they have a pool guy come twice a week. There are color changing lights for the night swim and the hot tub is divine! The screened in porch was lovely too! It's got a huge table where we ate all our meals! The patio has plenty of chairs and the shed is full of pool floats and toys! Host Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and communicated punctually and often even though we never had a problem! Don't sleep on this one! Dang near perfect for a family! Ran out of space to say all the great!
