Beauchamp is a traditional 19th-century Perigordian stone farmhouse with two adjoining three-bedroom gîtes with reverse-cycle aircon, each accommodating up to six people and each with its own heated pools. Located in the peaceful Dordogne countryside, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Monpazier and 45 minutes from Sarlat.

LA MAISON MONPAZIER (200 m² on one level), rated 4 stars by the Périgord Ministry of Tourism, has a private south-facing garden with terrace and gazebo that can accommodate up to 12 people for Alfresco dining with bbq, ping-pong table, sun loungers and a private 10x4m saltwater swimming pool open all year round and heated from beginning April to end September. On request outside these months, with a supplement for heating. .

The "garden room" seats up to 12 and leads directly to the terrace and pool.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200), reverse-cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and there is also a separate toilet.

Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility as there are a few steps inside
