The house is developed on two floor, on main floor there is the garden who bring directly to the living room, really bright thanks to the natural light entering from the big glass windows , to feel connected with the outside terrace and the sea. This space has sofas, tv the fireplace, a piano and the dining area with table and chairs, just on side the modern fully equipped kitchen (recently renovated) with a high central island and highchairs where to prepare meals together.
The house offers a relaxing room with a large glass window to admire the landscape, a pool table, a cinema screen , perfect for kids and evening with friends.

At the same floor and on upper level the bedrooms, with a fantastic sea view or garden view, elegant taste and really bright, all with air conditioning and en suite bathroom: 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, has a double bed and a private office area, a walk in shower and one also a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower floor with a direct access to the terrace, one double bed, walk in shower or bathtub, a dressing room and the office area.
