Casa Capdepera is a romantic cottage designed for couples seeking a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. Set among woodland with views across the surrounding countryside, this one-bedroom retreat combines contemporary interiors with a warm and welcoming feel. The open-plan layout connects the bedroom, living room and kitchen, creating an intimate setting filled with natural light, while a small mezzanine above the bedroom adds an extra touch of character. Bright décor and modern finishes give the house a fresh and comfortable atmosphere throughout.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool bordered by a lawn with sun loungers, as well as a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue for relaxed evenings at home. Inside, the villa includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning in the living room, along with a kitchen island that makes the space ideal for cooking and spending time together. A cot is available for families travelling with a baby, while an additional guest can be accommodated on request and at an extra cost (please see T&Cs).
Although surrounded by countryside, Casa Capdepera is less than a 15-minute drive from Canyamel, a small coastal village known for its relaxed atmosphere and sandy beach. The location offers easy access to some of Mallorca’s well-known beaches while still providing a quieter setting away from the busier resort areas. A nearby natural stream adds to the appeal of the surroundings, creating a setting that feels connected to the landscape without being isolated.

The countryside surrounding Casa Capdepera offers insight into a quieter side of Mallorca, with walking and cycling routes weaving through rolling hills, woodland and rural landscapes. The area is particularly appealing for guests looking to spend time outdoors, whether that means relaxed morning walks, scenic bike rides or simply enjoying the slower pace of the inland setting. The natural surroundings around the villa, including a nearby stream, add to the sense of being connected to nature throughout your stay.


Less than a 15-minute drive away, Canyamel is a laid-back coastal village known for its sandy beach and clear water. A small selection of restaurants and cafés line the seafront, making it an easy spot for long lunches or relaxed evenings by the sea. From here, guests can also explore nearby coastal areas including Cala Ratjada, Font de Sa Cala and Costa de los Pinos.


Artà is also within easy reach and is one of the region’s most characterful towns. Known for its weekly market, independent shops and traditional stone buildings, it offers a more authentic glimpse of local life in Mallorca. Visitors can wander through its narrow streets, stop for dinner in one of the town’s restaurants or visit the hilltop sanctuary overlooking the town and surrounding countryside.
