While the propane fire pit near the pool is not available for guest use, the ambiance is far from lacking—ambiant lighting, and serene water views set the stage for unforgettable evenings. And just a few steps down a gentle slope, your own private lakeside pavilion awaits. Outfitted with a large fire pit, colorful Adirondack chairs, a lake swing, kayaks, and a sound system that extends all the way from the house, this space offers a true waterfront sanctuary.

Base price is for 6 guests, additional guests will incur additional guest fees

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions

No smoking or vaping allowed inside
No parties or day guests are allowed
No shooting of any kind is allowed on the property
No outdoor fires are allowed unless there is a designated fire pit and there is not a burn ban in effect.
2 Dogs maximum under 35 pounds each allowed for an additional fee of $25 per dog per night.
No fireworks are allowed
