Perfect for a Family or friends Reunion! This charming house with a unique decor has 3 bedroom 2 bath . House sits a on 1/2 an acre with fire pit and a cover patio with smart TV for entertaining outside while you BBQ and sip on your favorite drink. House is only 5 minutes from Overlook Park, Guadalupe River trail 3 minutes away, Guadalupe River Tubbing 2 miles and Whitewater Amphitheater 2 1/2 miles, 20 minutes to Wibberley and Gruene. Several marked hiking trails near house.

PERFECT LOCATION

We were a group of 11 visiting for Labor day weekend and this place was PERFECT! Literally 4 minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater and multiple tubing places to choose from. The house is well thought out to comfortably accommodate a large party despite its modest size.

Annual River Trip

The property was clean, comfortable enough for our group of 12, and the property manager was extremely helpful when the app did not work correctly. AC worked amazing. The backyard setup was perfect, with the seating and how much it was shaded. We were completely satisfied with this property and will look to book again next year.

Host cancelled the day-of, even though alleged water damage was found multiple days prior

The host said there was some kind of error with the VRBO messaging system so her message never sent, but she also never cancelled the reservation on her end, so I was still receiving emails from VRBO confirming the trip. She waited until the day of the reservation to get my phone number and actually give me a call to let me know we wouldn’t be able to stay there (it was 10 minutes before check-in when I found out and family members who had flown in for this trip were already driving over to the property). Our family plans were ruined and we all ended up staying separately. In addition, it took over two weeks and multiple messages to the host to get my refund back. Absolutely terrible service and lack of consideration.

Perfect location - Lovely home!

My cousins and I absolutely adored this home! The decor was super cute, the location was ideal, and we would definitely return. There were enough beds for everybody as well as seating. The backyard was large enough for us to play games and we saw a few deer in the mornings. Overall we had so much fun and the home was very accommodating. We had some issues at check in but Laura was very helpful and responsive!

Relaxing stay close to Canyon Lake

We loved the property as it was very spacious for outdoor activities. Although smaller inside than we would’ve liked, the place accommodated 9 people easily. We would definitely book again.

Lovely spring break visit with lots of quality time with family and friends.

I stayed at this house for three nights over Spring Break 2022. I specifically picked this house because I wanted a place that would be fun for us to spend significant amount of time in the home, and it worked out great for us. I had my three children (14, 12 and 8 years old) plus I let each of my older kids bring a friend. I also brought two (adult) friends of my own. We had fires in the fire pit at night, cooked and ate meals, played games, and enjoyed many of the local attractions. The property was great. My dog loved the fenced yard! We had an issue with one of the TVs and it was taken care of ASAP, by the very responsive Owner.

Lake house

Beautiful home! I absolutely love everything about our stay. My family came from Puerto Rico and we needed a cozy place to spend the weekend and this house was just perfect. We loved the fire pit and all the games that came with the house.
