Upstairs, you'll discover 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including the master suite that promises ultimate relaxation with spectacular lake views. The upstairs area also includes a media room, ideal for movie nights or quiet downtime, and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking and dining. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you'll be greeted by sweeping, dramatic views of Canyon Lake – the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind as the sun sets.

****PLEASE NOTE: Water levels in Canyon Lake fluctuate due to drought and other environmental factors. While we strive to provide accurate information, lake conditions can change and may impact water access at this property. The walk from the back of the home to the lake can be challenging for some guests, and the ease of entry into the lake will vary depending on the water levels.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property, and the maximum occupancy is 8 guests at all times. There is a limit of 3 vehicles, unless otherwise approved. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. Float trip

Great house and view. Only complaint would be cob webs on ceilings and window seals. Other than that it was excellent place to stay.

Not a return spot for us

The primary draw for us was the hot tub, which wasn't operational. They offered a small refund for that, but the experience is more important to me than a few bucks. The interior windows were filled with cobwebs/spider webs with eggs and both inside and outside windows were pretty filthy. Upon arrival, we spent over an hour cleaning after finding the kitchen table was full of crumbs/leftover food stuck to it. Really bothered by the grill having a lighter on top so we could light each burner since the ignitor was not operational (this is literally a 12 fix). TVs were hard to work (Roku) and had relatively slow wifi. Rooms and space was much smaller than pictures made them appear/.This house is close to a good spot, but I wouldn't return. The experience just isn't the center of focus for the owners the way other houses have been in Canyon Lake for me.

Perfect for reconnecting with family

Although the house is in a neighborhood full of homes, you would never know you have neighbors once you are inside. We felt isolated in this ultra comfortable home with beautiful views of the water. We loved the deer on the property, the gorgeous sunsets and the stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make meals like you would at home. We loved our time here and the hot tub was one of the best features on the property.If there were two things I could recommend would be to clean up the windows and put a different flooring on the staircase, but other than that we really loved how cozy this house was!

View was amazing, the common rooms where smaller than expected from the photos and areas that needed to be cleaned a little more, there was some ware and tear or prior damage which I made sure to take photos of upon arrival, but all in all we had a great stay and made some good memories. And hopefully lost some weight with our ping pong tournament lol

The lake is beautiful, even as low as it was. The house had a the necessities, would have been happier with better lake access, but it is somewhat understandable given the level of the water. We enjoyed the media room.

Amazing house with sunset views

This house was a perfect house for a group of people. We loved the game room and media room. We especially loved the westward facing deck and watching the sunset over the lake every night. Stunning sunset view. The lake was low but the younger ones in our group managed to swim from the property. We saw a fox, deer, rock squirrel, hummingbirds, woodpecker, and other birds from the deck. Our stay was amazing. We would come back to the house again. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots, pans, blender, etc. The only downside was that the management was slow getting back an item we left at the house though we paid the $25 fee. They did not look for the item for 3 days though it was a wallet and keys. We eventually got it back five days after leaving. So double check for things thoroughly.

Nice Place

Nice place and I would love to stay here during the summer. The lake view is spectacular. Had a girls weekend and 4 of us had plenty of room with our own rooms. The media room was super nice to watches movies… very comfy! Hot tub was great! We cooked both nights and kitchen is well equipped. Overall we had a great time.

Wonderful, unique location

The home was located in beautiful location with excellent lake view. We were a little concerned if the water would be plentiful since the area has been in a drought situation. The water level was still very good. Only one small issue with the controls on the hot tub that was addressed immediately. The one aspect that we weren’t expecting was the abundant, tame deer. It was wonderful to take our walks (very safe area) among the deer. I would highly recommend this area for a low key, relaxing stay. If you like a lot of shopping and night life this place many not be for you but we were able to find good restaurants.

1st Family Getaway

Best Vacation Ever!

This property has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! My husband and I stayed here with a group of friends when we flew in town for a wedding. It was great having a space to catch up with everyone and enjoying the provided activities together. We will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful Lake View

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Bed were comfy, property was clean. River access was more difficult than expected but not impossible. Would recommend.

Awesome House!!!

Parents! This house is amazing for young and older kids. The game room/theatre room was a huge PLUS! Plenty of space for a big family. The water level was low this year so it was a challenge getting to the Lake but overall A+ We will be back!

Great find for families

We wanted a stay with a view and got that! It was gorgeous! Deer were literally everywhere. The kids loved the game room and movie room! We all loved the huge hot tub and now all want one. We rented a boat for a few hours, tubed, and had a great boat ride. We ate dinner in New Braunfels 30 minutes down the road at Cody’s, highly recommend. We had quick correspondence with the management when needed. My one gripe is the master bedroom’s fan is missing the cord so unable to change speeds. It is stuck on low and we are used to sleeping on high, not a deal breaker. The water was beautiful, but it was not accessible from the property because the water level is down by 12 feet, crazy! We were still able to enjoy the water

Annual girls trip

The house was very nice and the view is spectacular! A couple of things need to be worked on.... We had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels and the downstairs needed to be maybe cleaned a little better, cobweb's and definitely spiders. But I do want to give a special thank you to Jennifer at the management company!!! We had a couple of issue's and she was amazing to get them worked out. This was our 5th annual vrbo home and we had an amazing time!!
