Outdoor Sanctuary/Lake View/Hot tub & Game Room!

Escape to the perfect getaway at LakeView Hills. You'll be blown away by the amazing outdoor living space, complete with a brand new hot tub (pictures coming soon!), an outdoor fireplace, flat screen TV, outdoor lighting, gas grill, and Blackstone grill.

This one-acre property features a spacious, open concept home that flows out to the beautiful outdoor living area, offering breathtaking views of the lake. Relax and unwind in our private hot tub, perfect for soothing tired muscles and enjoying a luxurious getaway, or kick back at the fire pit, which is perfect for making s'mores or relaxing after a long day at the lake. You'll also find two outdoor eating areas, ideal for dining al fresco.

Inside the home, you'll be greeted by a huge vaulted ceiling, complete with tongue and groove finish, and large wood beams. The living room features a large reclining sectional sofa, perfect for family movie night, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, kids movies, board games, and card games. The kitchen boasts a huge 9 ft + island, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar, with plenty of seating for all your friends and family.

The property offers four bedrooms with multiple sleeping options. The master suite is complete with private patio access, an adjustable remote bed, and a large master en-suite featuring double vanities, beautiful walk-in tile shower, and a photo-worthy walk-in closet that has two tri-fold full-size floor mattresses. The other bedrooms include a unique banana leaf queen size bed with lake décor, full over full bunk beds with a smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The fourth bedroom is off of the living area and has a queen size bed.

The "Game Zone" in the enormous two-car garage is packed with entertainment options: a pool table, foosball, two arcade games, life-size Connect Four, large Jenga tower, cornhole, croquet, kids' pool (not set up), spike ball, chalkboard, and a kid's basketball hoop. The garage is also air conditioned. The outdoor area is well-lit and features a gas grill, a Blackstone grill, and two outdoor dining areas, ideal for al fresco meals.

When you're ready to explore, there's plenty to do in Canyon Lake. Spend your days boating, fishing, or swimming in the lake, or take a hike in nearby Canyon Lake Gorge. There are also several local wineries and breweries to check out, as well as great restaurants and shopping in the area.

Whether you're looking to enjoy the great outdoors, explore the rich history and culture of the area, or simply relax and unwind in a beautiful setting, Lakeview Hills is the perfect destination for your next getaway!

Memorial Weekend

Every year for Memorial Day we come to Canyon Lake with extended family- and due to the size of the family - we have to rent an additional home, my aunt and uncle live local. And this by far was the best property we have stayed at. It was a great location and amenities were outstanding. One night we had the little kids and parents over for dinner and they had such a good time. The owners were responsive and thorough with all instruments. The last thing is how they had the home stocked, plenty of towels, paper goods and cleaning supplies. And they allow pets which was fantastic! Would definitely book this home again if we had the opportunity.

Daughter's Wedding

It was perfect for our family. Lots of sleeping spaces, even used the climate control. We enjoyed the amenities, the wild life in the area and the view. It's great for a large family.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for us! So much entertainment space between the game room garage and outdoor living area. We especially loved the large kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed! Would book again in a heartbeat!

Short Canyon Lake getaway

The place was absolutely fantastic. Even though it wa just my husband and I there was plenty of options and beds for more visitors. (Already trying to plan getting the extended family out). I didn’t realize the backyard area wasn’t completely fenced in but luckily our pups are afraid of their own shadow and stay where we tell them. Outside area was so relaxing.

Amazing Home!!

I had 5 adults and 6 children, ranging from 5-17 in my vacation party. We All had the best time. My grandkids loved all the swings and hammocks in the yard. They would have stayed in the hot tub the whole time, if we had let them. The game room had so much to do that we could have had a great vacation even without going to the lake. We had zero problems with the house. I got a text every morning making sure we didn't need anything. I would give this VRBO a 10 if I could.

Weekend Son Bonding Trip

Great location overlooking the lake. Perfect retreat to enjoy the views, cookout, chill inside all with proximity to lakes, rivers, Gruene & New Braunfels. Said 4 bedrooms but the one off the living room was just an area with a curtain and not really a bedroom. Hotub wasn’t used, ws hot out and it was a little murky and the cool fluorescent light didn’t work, but it was amazing seeing the wildlife like deer in the morning and evening and then a fox and so many types of birds. The sky was crystal clear for an amazing view of the stars and the “strawberry moon”. We had a super great stay. Beautiful home with tons of space and a super fun game room.

Wonderful stay!!

We stayed during spring break and it was wonderful. Property is great! Kids enjoyed game room and we enjoyed Jacuzzi. Also l enjoyed the view with swings too. I would like to definitely come back when I visit canyon Creek

Absolutely Perfect!

Rented for a girls weekend and the house was just perfect. Exceptionally clean, and the open space between kitchen/living/outdoors really is great for a group to spread out. All amenities provided were in top shape. Will definitely be back!

This property is beautiful! Clean, well-maintained, spacious, and lovely from every point of view. Had everything we could want! The outdoor areas were particular favorites of our kids, and the garage/play room was an added bonus. Loved every second here and would love to come again!

Over the top

This home was beautiful!! It was clean and had everything we needed. There were so many places to relax. The beds were so comfortable! The couches, the patio chairs were all so comfortable….we could of sat outside forever. The view was beautiful. The kids and the adults enjoyed the games in the garage…never bored!! We loved the open concept, we all fit comfortably. We had a truck w/ a boat and a truck w/ jet skis and 2 other cars and fit perfectly!! We definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

A Canyon Lake Favorite

Our entire family of adult kids, spouses and grandchildren immediately fell in love with the property…it was roomy, beautiful, clean…the master sweet is out of this world massive and housed my daughters family of 4 that included a new born…we loved the gigantic island where we prepped buffet style meals and the little kids loved playing games, hanging in the cleanest best garage game room ever and we all fit in the main living with huge comfy sectional. The outdoor spaces were comfy respites and clean as well…and the new hot tub was a welcome surprise and a big hit…we would love to return and highly recommend…everyone said it was our best lake house rental yet…and we’ve stayed in some great homes! And the hosts are A1!!! Like someone else said…it’s bigger and better than the pics

Above & beyond expectations!

Piece of Heaven

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! We LOVED our stay and this is - By Far - the most beautiful, well-apportioned VRBO home we have ever stayed in - and that is QUITE a few! The owners were fantastic! The home is spacious and open and we absolutely LOVED every inch of it, and the patio/fireplace area with the view of Canyon Lake was Perfect - complete with binoculars on the mantle! So much we could say - suffice it to say we are SOOO looking forward to coming back! THANK YOU SOOO Much for offering your lovely home to us!
