UPSTAIRS-Cottage in the woods. Fully furnished with linens and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with full size refrigerator, microwave, double ovens, dishes, pots and pans. Central air conditioning and heating. 1 Bedroom (sleeps 6), 1 Bathroom. Four twin beds and one queen bed. Living room and dining room. Washer and dryer.

This was a great place to stay. We were there for Trade Days and it was easy to get back and forth. Super Clean! But probably my favorite is that all the beds are in one room. No one has to “sleep in the other room”. Maybe not the best if couples are traveling together but for a girls trip, it’s perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

Great Visit

Perfect place for us gals to have a weekend getaway. Close to Canton trade days and the town of Canton texas. Easy to find and the hosts were very nice and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. We will visit again.

Girl’s Trip

Second time staying in this gem tucked in the trees. Close to trade days yet out in the woods. Surrounded with tress and wild life makes this place our place to come to each year. Property owners are wonderfully accommodating! Keep it a secret…don’t tell anyone!!! Just kidding…you won’t be sorry!

Great place to stay

I stayed at this place for the total solar eclipse that went through April 8th, 2024. The weather was not cooperating 100% for the eclipse but the location and setup of this place to stay was really perfect. Jenine and Steve were great hosts, and I had an awesome time staying here.

Girl’s Trip

This place was a gem tucked in the trees! What a wonderful surprise. The accommodations were impeccable! Such attention to details that we, very much, noticed and appreciated! Property managers were a delight to work with! This place is highly recommended, by us, as one of the best places to stay for a Canton Trades Day event! Very private, country setting, yet just minutes to shopping! Don’t pass this place up for a second!

Great spot for Canton First Monday Trade Days.

The hosts were extremely friendly, short, drive to trade days, beautiful view from porch, very clean. Will definitely be going back there anytime I go to trade days.

Couldn’t have stayed at a better place for trade days! Located just outside of town to let you get away from all the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Very clean and quiet. Everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We will be back!

Close to town, yet far enough out to get away from it all. We felt it was a perfect location for Canton Trade Days. Newly remodeled, private, so clean, extra amenities, comfy beds, awesome kitchen and bathroom. My cousin and I had such a great time shopping and catching up on our girls weekend there! We will without a doubt stay again when we come back to Canton. Thank you Jenine!
