"This post actually has nothing to do with the hotel. I was supposed to attend a concert in Shakopee on July 16, 2026. Due to Canadian wildfires creating hazardous air conditions. The concert was canceled, and I could not attend. Because of this act of God, there was no need for me to make the trip. Expedia was extremely uncooperative in this matter and would not refund money. I will never use Expedia again"

"Room was not really clean. Stains on the walls and on the floor. The kitchen was sticky and cabinets were too. The bathroom was eh not kind of clean but there was a stain on the walls going all the way down to the floor. The towels were not the best. I feel like the only thing that was reliable were the beds."

"The location to the Amphitheater was perfect. When I arrived the room smelled a little musty and the floor felt damp. I struggled with the WiFi, it didn’t work well for me. The bathtub in my room was gross, there were no other rooms available or I would have changed rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful."

"Checking in was very quick and easy. Hotel located in a nice, quiet, safe area. Room was very nice and very clean. Nice size! Comfortable beds, terrible/tiny pillows. The pool & waterslide were a huge reason for booking. I loved the kiddie pool and frog slide for the littles. However, there were no pool towels, the pool area was dirty (husband counted 5 used bandaids stuck around the floor), and the guests at the pool & waterslide were WILD - to the point it was unsafe for kids to enjoy the area...
