"This post actually has nothing to do with the hotel. I was supposed to attend a concert in Shakopee on July 16, 2026. Due to Canadian wildfires creating hazardous air conditions. The concert was canceled, and I could not attend. Because of this act of God, there was no need for me to make the trip. Expedia was extremely uncooperative in this matter and would not refund money. I will never use Expedia again"

"The location to the Amphitheater was perfect. When I arrived the room smelled a little musty and the floor felt damp. I struggled with the WiFi, it didn’t work well for me. The bathtub in my room was gross, there were no other rooms available or I would have changed rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful."

"The air worked in the room on a hot day and there weren't bed bugs... the air in the rest of the building didn't work and the bed skirts and carpet were filthy... that is about all there is to say about that"

"Front desk staff is fantastic, however when I checked in I did not get the room I had prepaid for. My room was not cleaned during my stay hence the front desk moved me to yet another room. I was moved to 3 different rooms for a 2 night stay."

"I’ve stayed at this property a couple times before and had no complaints. This visit however, wasn’t great. I think the mattress in our room was the worst hotel mattress I’ve ever tried sleeping on. It was so lumpy and the support was non-existent. Sleep, was minimal. The gentlemen who checked us in was rude and a bit abrasive.
