" I truly felt this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all, the front desk employee was neither welcoming nor clear in her communication. There also seems to be a serious staff shortage, only one valet attendant & one front desk employee.
There was no one available to help us carry our luggage to the room, despite the fact that we had a child & three suitcases
No one even attempted to help or find someone to assist us with the luggage.

"There is a nightly fee of $18 for parking. There is a Starbucks across the street. It said that we would get one breakfast, but there were two of us staying and it was only for one of the set of days we stayed, not each morning. We ended up not taking advantage of the free breakfast, so I can't say if it was worth the normal price of $18 for a buffet.
