"El personal fue muy amable, el hotel está ubicado convenientemente, no muy lejos de Downtown y muy cerca del centennial park y la universidad de Vanderbilt. Si quieres pasar mucho tiempo en Downtown tal vez prefieras un hotel directamente en Downtown. Pero este hotel está ubicado en una buena zona."

"Everything was perfect, but there is always one person who ruins everything. I want to leave this message specifically for the person responsible for restocking the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It is disrespectful that someone has to travel from far away, arrive at a hotel where everyone else has done their job, and you have not done yours by failing to refill the amenities. It is unacceptable that I arrived and found no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash to take a shower, especially when you had the time to do your job and take responsibility for it."
