Stay in a piece of history! Built in 1879 by William Jasper Henderson, Jasper's Hideout is a beautiful turn of the century craftsman home updated with all of the modern comforts.

Jasper's Hideout is located in the quiet town of Cannonville, centrally located in the midst of Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome Basin and The Grande Staircase National Monument.

The space:
Jasper's Hideout is a beautiful home, capable of housing multiple families at once. Enjoy modern conveniences such as wifi and air conditioning alongside the rustic charm of claw foot tubs and craftsman trim.

Rained in? We've got Hulu and Netflix as well as video games for the children (and childlike adults).

Want to keep the technology out of it and enjoy the rustic aesthetic instead? We've got board games to play and books to read.

Sick of eating out? Prefer to cook for yourself? Jasper's hideout has a fully furnished kitchen and plenty of seating, making sure that no one is left out.

This cozy home accommodated all 9 people in our family very well. The attention to detail in every room made us feel very welcomed - including ice cold water and soda in the refrigerator - among other things! The host, ERIC, was very friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again - without hesitation.

The house was all that we could have asked for and then some! We were pleasantly surprised with all that was provided by the owner, coffee, sugar, flour, water, laundry pods and bottled coke!! The beds were very comfortable, and there was ample seating for games and eating. By far the communication from Eric was superb, timely, helpful and quick. I miss Jasper’s hideaway already!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting Bryce Canyon and were very pleased with it. The interior is very nicely updated, while maintaining its original character and cozy feeling. Kitchen had everything you'd need, and the rooms were very comfortable. It was an easy drive to Bryce, as well as to Tropic where we went for dinner in the evenings. Host was very communicative, and we'd stay here again.

This house worked perfectly for our group of 2 families! It was a very nice size and the arrangement of the bedrooms allowed for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals there, and with guidance from the host, we just stopped at Clark’s Market down the street for food. He also gave us great advice for hikes after we pivoted from our original plan because of the weather. We were all impressed by his quick and thorough communication. I would definitely stay here again if in the area, and would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Bryce.

The property was true to the pictures and written description. We loved that there were accessible bedrooms and bathrooms all on the first floor. The kids loved having the upstairs bedrooms for them. Our dog came along as well and even she enjoyed being with everyone and chilling with them underneath the dining room table.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The property was in an excellent location for Bryce Canyon, and close to Willis Creek Slot Canyon. The beds were very comfortable, and our kids loved the X-Box. We would definitely stay again!

The house was impeccable. It had everything and we felt right at home. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there and more! All the little extras were very nice. We saw the Milky Way at night! This property was so close to the National parks. Great stay! We highly recommend.

We've been lucky to travel around the USA, Canada and Europe typically as a group and the 6 of us all ranted about how great this accommodation was. It was clean, full of thoughtful amenities, easy check in/check out practices and Eric was fantastic at getting back to us! We are so glad we found this charming Bryce Canyon area historic home. Jasper’s Hideout has been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated with an eye to the home’s past, yet includes all the modern comforts. The home was immaculate, and everything about it is designed and outfitted with guests in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked (we cook), and the owners have thought of everything. Communication with Eric was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to questions, and we found everything in the house in working order. Jasper’s Hideout is a short, pleasant drive from Bryce Canyon, and close to other areas of interest. Gas and basic groceries (Clark’s Country Market was surprisingly well stocked for a small town grocery store) are available in the town of Tropic, a few miles away. Jasper's Hideout is a gem!

Easily found this adorable house. We made two dinners with the well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, shower is gorgeous. Towels are plush. Keurig with several provided k- cups or regular coffee pot. No detail was missed. Stayed in 4 different places on our Utah tour and this was by far the nicest!

Jasper's Hideout is now one of our top VRBO homes we've stayed at. We were actually scheduled to stay at another location, but the owner sold the property and we had to find a new vacation rental to stay at. This turned out to be such a wonderful place to stay, I'm glad the other home didn't work out! The host, Eric, was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The home was filled with everything we'd need. From complimentary sodas & coffee choices to a great collection of board games. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of beds/room options to choose from for our family of 6. We loved the historic features still in the home with the convenient upgrades of a modern home. I'm pretty picky about things being clean... this home was spotless! Made me feel at ease knowing I wasn't living with someone else's dirt. And the location to Bryce Canyon couldn't be beat. Not to mention the cute, quiet town the home is located in. Job well done!!! If we ever travel back to visit Bruce Canyon, we'll definitely be staying at Jasper's Hideout.

Eric was always very fast to answer all questions immediately and gave us such awesome insights on what there was to do and where to find things that might be of interest to us. We loved our stay at Jasper’s Hideout! The place was very clean, had everything you need, and the owner is very responsive and helpful for any questions you may have. Great location for Bryce Canyon (about a 20 minute drive) and as a spring board for scenic byway 12 and the grand staircase. I highly recommend a stay!

This property is quaintly located in Cannonville and is reasonably close to Bryce Canyon entrance. Our group of seven adults fit very comfortably in the house. The kitchen is well stocked, and the furnishings are very comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this property for your travels to Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase, or any other nearby attraction.

We love the history associated with this house and all the work that has gone into renovating and modernizing the house while keeping with the style of a historic home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Appreciated the washer & dryer since we were on a multi-week excursion. The outside of the home is still a work in progress but that did not affect our stay. It was nice to have a gas grill available in a covered area and have a fire pit area to hang out in. The owner was very responsive and helpful during the booking process and our stay. Definitely recommend.
