Located in the south end of Cannon Beach, right in the middle of the much loved neighborhood called Tolovana Park, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is only two short blocks to the beach.

As you enter Gull's Nest you will be welcomed by the multitude of windows that let the sunlight in and brighten up the spacious living area. The open concept floor plan allows for everyone to gather together in front of the fireplace or while making a meal in the updated, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. Gather around the kitchen island and enjoy light snacks or a hearty breakfast before going outdoors for exploring and hiking, or just relaxing and reading a book on the beach. The balcony on the main level has a gas grill for making quick meals.

A dining table, with seating for six, is located in front of the fireplace and under the skylight. The muted colors of this large living space make it peaceful and serene. This is the ideal spot for gathering together to enjoy a movie or sporting event on the large flat-screen TV or just have a family game night and catch up on the day's events.

Gull's Nest sleeps up six guests and includes one main level bedroom with a King bed and an upper level bedroom which also has a King bed. Both of these bedrooms have access to a full bathroom.

The little travelers in your group will love the two twin beds tucked into a cozy area on the upper level. A stackable washer and dryer are also on hand, which make short work of muddy hiking gear or wet bathing suits, no need to bring home dirty laundry!

The highlight of Gull's Nest has to be the great ocean views from the lower and upper level. If you listen closely you can hear the waves calling you! A table with a firepit awaits your presence for nighttime smores. There are comfortable chairs for just relaxing and enjoying the salt air with your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Did we mention the complex saltwater swimming pool? Perfect for those afternoons you need a break from the beach, or a quick swim with the kids before dinner.

In addition to being within walking distance of the beach, magnificent Haystack Rock, and Tolovana State Park, you will be able to stroll to Sea Level Bakery, Warren House Pub, Fresh Foods and Surfcrest Market and Pizza.
