Perched on the hills of La Croix des Gardes, Cannes reveals a quieter side of the French Riviera, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and open views over the bay. Located within the renowned Villa Francia residence, known for its peaceful setting and leisure facilities, this apartment offers a relaxing environment while remaining just a few minutes from the city centre, the beaches, and the Palais des Festivals.

Situated within the Villa Francia residence, this 28 m² apartment has been thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.

The bright living area opens onto a pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine or relaxing during Cannes’ warm evenings. The living space provides a comfortable setting to unwind after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine for a smooth start to the day.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, creating a cosy and restful sleeping area. The bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

Guests also have access to the residence's facilities, including a stunning infinity pool overlooking the sea and a tennis court.

A parking space is available in the residence’s basement for a maximum height of 1.90 meters.

Pool sun loungers are available for an additional fee: €5 for half a day or €10 for a full day. This service is independent from our accommodation, and payment is made directly to the pool staff.
The swimming pool is open from 9.00 am to 7.45 pm from 4 April to 1 November.

Villa Francia is a large residence consisting of numerous buildings and extensive landscaped areas. Depending on the location of your apartment, a walk through the grounds may be required between the parking area and your accommodation.

Access instructions and the exact location of the key box (conveniently located near the apartment) will be sent the evening before your arrival.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:

- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:

Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge

Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge

Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
