I would not stay here again. We had black mold in our room. I contacted the host right away. They sent someone in the morning but noted in their response they’re not sure what the issue is. She came to take pictures then was about to leave but I asked her what the plan was if we are changing our unit. She did not want to use translate to talk to me. Just said I send to boss he tells me what to do. I reached out saying thanks for sending someone but I still have not heard anything back. Our whole trip went by without them responding about it. The last day we get back to our room and they had accessed our room and doused it in bleach. The smell was overwhelming and they did not inform us of that. Also you can just feel it’s not quite clean. The mirror had smudges all over it like a dirty rag was used. I have no idea. Not friendly, not clean. I understand the price is great but it is not worth it in my opinion sleeping beside mold. No offer for half refund or unit change. Unbelievable. 0/5 🖕 also it’s not a street front property. I thought it was when booking.
