The Space:

Cosy Joffre is an air-conditioned 37 m² studio for two, where old-world charm meets thoughtful comfort. From the moment you walk in, the exposed wooden beams and warm natural tones set the mood — this is a place to truly unwind.



The living area is welcoming and well laid-out, with a sofa, two vintage armchairs and a dining table beneath the beams — perfect for a romantic dinner after a day in the sun. A large TV and wifi connection make for easy, relaxed evenings in.



The sleeping area is tucked away in a mezzanine, reached by a wooden ladder: a 140×190 cm double bed nestled under the beams, intimate and cosy. The soft morning light filters up — a gentle way to start the day.



The kitchen is well equipped for cooking proper meals, from breakfast to dinner. The bathroom features a full bathtub for unwinding at the end of the day — towels and toiletries are provided.



Please note: the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, and the mezzanine is accessible by ladder only.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment.

Check-in is self-guided. A code is sent a few minutes before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The studio is right in the heart of Cannes, on a lively street just 5 minutes' walk from the Croisette and 10 minutes from the beach. The vibrant Forville market and the charming Le Suquet district are just 5 minutes away on foot, along with the city centre's restaurants, bakeries and boutiques.



Cannes train station is a 2-minute walk — a great advantage for exploring the French Riviera: Antibes in 15 minutes, Nice in 30 minutes, Monaco in under an hour. A shuttle also connects the station to Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport.

The Lérins Islands, reachable by boat from the old port, are just a stone's throw away.



Other Things to Note:

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form — a standard requirement under French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked to provide a copy of your ID, in accordance with legal obligations.

A starter kit is provided for your arrival : toilet paper, kitchen roll, shampoo and shower gel. These essentials are intended for the first moments of your stay and are not intended to cover the entire duration.

The property is professionally prepared and maintained by our team: full cleaning service and bed linen provided for every stay. Additional paid services are available on request after booking confirmation.



Cosy Joffre is a non-smoking property — no pets and no parties. We kindly ask guests to take care of the space — additional charges may be applied in the event of damage.
