Beste Aussicht

Das Apartment ist mit der Einrichtung und Ausstattung schon in den 1980‘ern hängen geblieben. Möbel, Bilder und Inventar erscheint ziemlich zusammengesucht. Aber der Blick auf die Bucht, die Lage lässt das alles schnell vergessen. Trotz des oben genannten werden wir wiederkommen.

A nightmare

The building was not secured, with a digicode and intercom out of service for my entire stay (2 weeks) so was the doorbell to the apartment. The concierge was on sick leave, no replacement. The apartment is barely clean : shelves not dusted, dishes not properly washed… There are only few lights working. The bedroom is very small, no place for a bedside table and reading lamp, no cupboard. In the living room/dining room, one single big cupboard for your clothes and belongings but it is already half full with pillows, towels, blankets, sheets all thrown in carelessly. The bathroom has no curtain shower and no hair dryer (only 2 curling irons). The cooktop in the kitchen has only 2 working burners out of 4, one door is missing from the cupboard. The fridge lower retaining bar was loosely glued so when you open the door, it falls down on the floor along with the food/drinks. You have to stand on the tip of your toe to be able to reach the oven/microwave touch button because it is so high. Very limited and worn-out tableware, dishes, glasses, one single frying pan. On the terrace, the clothes drying rack holds barely together thanks to loose pieces of tapes. The table and stand are from Italie and new (I was told about 5 times by the owners) but the 4 chairs are so uncomfortable that you must cushion yourself with many beach towels in order to sit without hurting.

Appartement agréable dans un joli environnement.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement charmant, proche de la mer et disposant d'une piscine et d'un joli jardin, durant tout le festival de Cannes. Notre séjour s'est déroulé agréablement, les propriétaires ont mis à notre disposition serviettes de bain, draps, torchons... L'appartement est fonctionnel et situé à proximité de certaines salles de projection. Il est desservi par des bus réguliers. Petit bémol : alors que nous devions avoir un lit individuel en plus, nous avons eu un matelas de couchage gonflable (solution inconfortable pour un adulte en raison du bruit).

Séjour de rêve

Idéalement situé ce logement permet de passer des vacances sans soucis ! La mer à quelques pas, la piscine mi ombre mi soleil et avec les cigales ! 😃 Sur la terrasse de l appartement des repas pris en regardant la baie de Cannes ! Que demander de plus sinon de retourner dès que possible !

Très bien placé

Proche du quai St Pierre et de la plage, l'emplacement est très bien pour tout faire à pied (ou en bus). La vue est magnifique. Le wifi et une placha seraient un plus.

Gute Lage, sagenhafter Blick

Gute Lage in Laufnähe zum Zentrum, der Strand einen Katzensprung entfernt und der Balkon mit sagenhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Ausstattung zweckmäßig, Kontakt zur Vermieterin unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!!

Aussicht und Lage top, Einrichtung eher flop!!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Cannes eigentlich recht gut gefallen, die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist traumhaft schön, die Lage von der Wohnung ist top, der Park mit dem Pool ist wunderschön. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas mangelhaft eingerichtet, uns ist nämlich aufgefallen, dass es keinen Duschvorhang hat, keine Kommode oder Schrank um die Kleider zu verräumen und auch keinen richtigen Trockenwischer hat um den Boden zu putzen, leider hat auch der Staubsauger nichts eingesaugt, da der Staubbeutel übervoll war! Ich habe dann selbst einen Trockenwischer gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen. Der Haartrockner funktionierte auch nicht.
