• Floor-to-ceiling windows bring light into the generous open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and open onto the balcony.

• The exclusive 25 m² wrap-around balcony has outdoor seating and an alfresco dining table.



• The apartment accommodates up to 4 people.

• One bedroom has a queen-size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a 43-inch television; the second has two 90 x 190 cm single beds and a 43-inch television.

• There are two shower rooms and three toilets in total: one toilet is inside a shower room, and two are in separate rooms.



• Renovated in May 2023, the apartment combines thoughtful design with high-quality furnishings.

• Couches, chairs, a 65-inch Smart TV with Orange channels and Wi-Fi via an Orange fibre plan of up to 8 Gbit/s make the living area a place to unwind or keep connected.

• Individual air conditioning and heating serve the living area, kitchen and both bedrooms.

• Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and a high chair is available in the apartment.



A cot, high chair and baby bath are available on site. Please request the cot mattress and cot linen before arrival.



Self check-in is available using a key lockbox. Free private underground parking is included, with a maximum vehicle height of 1.90 m. The central location makes Cannes easy to explore on foot without a car.
