Beautiful renovated bourgeois villa located in the residential area of ​​Petit Juas in Cannes, close to all shops, 5 minutes walk from the train station, the Palais du Festival and the Croisette, close to beaches and shops.

Surface of 260 m2, fully air conditioned, with 10x5 heated pool and large palm tree in the garden, shaded summer terrace, barbecue, outdoor jacuzzi, ping pong, billiard room.
7 large rooms that can accommodate 14 people in total:
-1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 living room with pool table and 1 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath, 2 toilets.
1st floor 5 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, 3 showers and 1 bath, 3 toilets.

Possibility to add 2 bedrooms in the basement with 1 bathroom, toilet, living room and summer kitchen.
Possibility to rent only the ground floor with garden and private pool.

We inform our tenants that the house is located in the city and avoid noise after 23 hours.

Great place for families close to Cannes centre

Had a fabulous ten day stay with extended family including young children and babies at this house. Great pool and lots of outdoor seating and eating options, with shade. All bedrooms and other rooms are air conditioned which was welcome in the heat. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped for cooking and the property is close to a supermarket and only 15 mins walk to beach and a park for kids to play in, but is a very quiet area at night. The couple who own the property live upstairs but they are very unobtrusive and we hardly saw them. Note that the address mentioned on VRBO is incorrect. This property is not in Bvd Carnot, it is in Ave de Petit Juas. It is best to message the host for the correct address. I would definitely come back here anytime.

Great house and wonderful hosts

Comfortable, spacious with fabulous outside space. We were a group of 9, taking 6 of the bedrooms, all air conditioned for comfort. The outside space, with a clean, well maintained pool, was wonderful with several seating areas, a bbq and ample seating for al fresco meals. The owners live at the top of the property and were incredibly responsive when we had some plumbing issues. Parking is only for one visitor’s car and a bit tight for a large vehicle. Easy walk to La Croisette though uphill coming back. A nice quiet neighbourhood and with a small supermarket and boulangerie within 5 minutes walk. We would have no hesitation in returning with a large group.

Lovely Big House, very central.

Perfect big house for 2 families. Clever design in the garden with the pool and plenty of sitting areas. Loved the pool and tennis tables too. Host made us welcome with a few drinks which was a lovely touch and very welcome.

Flott opphold i et sjarmerende og koselig hus.

God plass, fine og store rom, herlig med flere soner utendørs og bassenget var helt topp. Romslig og koselig kjøkken, stor stue med biljardbord. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

Cannes en famille

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour chez Mr et Mme Roy. La maison est très spacieuse, et permet à chacun d‘avoir assez d’espace. Le jardin avec sa piscine d’eau salée est un vrai petit oasis. L‘appartement est proche des commerces et de nombreuses attractions touristiques. Mr & Mme Roy sont prévenants et toujours prêts à aider. A recommander pour des retrouvailles familiales!

Amazing Villa in Cannes

My family and friends had an incredible time and absolutely loved this Villa. The pool was fantastic, great outdoor space. The rooms were comfortable. Great hosts. Super close to everything. Grocery store and boulangerie 5 min walk. Beach is about 10-15 min walk. We hope to come again soon!

Très belle et grande maison à quelques minutes à pied du palais des festivals. La rue d’antibes , la Croisette sont toutes proches ainsi que pittoresque quartier du Suquet. Inutile de prendre la voiture qui peut rester au garage. L’acceuil est chaleureux et les propriétaires sont prompts à répondre à toute demande ou renseignement. Vraiment très bel endroit. La maison est immense et très confortable. Très agréable de faire un billard ou de profiter du piano 7 chambres et au moins 4 Sdb Les lits sont confortables et le linge de maison est de bonne qualité. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée Les photos sont conformes à la réalité L’exterieur est très sympa Piscine , Jacuzzi ,Ping Pong ,barbecue... nombreux transats et serviette de plage ou de piscine en abondance ainsi que les peignoirs de bains. Nous recommandons fortement.

A beautiful home and a wonderful holiday

My family, friends and I have just returned from Cannes having had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. Loads of space, fantastic facilities, clean and spacious bathrooms, very comfy beds, and beautifully laid out with space and design features inside and out. The owners live on the top floor, and apart from the occasional "hello" when passing, were their if we needed help, but totally respectful of our privacy. (Jean-Yves kindly dropped by some umbrella the day we had a storm). There was a piano in the hallway and my family and I sat outside using the pool and surrounding areas listening to my niece play. This is a memory I will have always. The house has a lovely feel about it and we immediately relaxed. We were a fairy small party, but this house could easily take 10 +. The location meant a 10 minute walk through town to the beaches, we enjoyed this distance and felt that we were leaving the noise of town to our serene home, just up the hill, when we left each evening. There is a small but brilliant supermarket just down the hill and also a bakery... so breakfasts were a treat outside under the vines and parasol. The pool and outside areas are lovely, always affording shade and sun. The pool table priceless on the stormy day, and the table tennis table kept G-Ma and nephew Daniel happy too. All towels and bed linens were spotless and the beach/pool towels a great asset too. We used the Jacuzzi only twice, but it is high quality and a lovely option as a massage after a days travelling or walking. Thank you Jean-Yves and family for providing such an unusual and spectacular holiday home. I would highly recommend to anyone I felt was deserving of your lovely home.

Magnifique

La villa est très bien entretenue, elle est proche (10 min à pied) de palais, dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la partie extérieure: la piscine et la terrasse, qui nous ont permis de passer de bons moments. Les propriétaires, qui habitent la propriété au deuxième étage, sont très discrets, mais ont toujours répondu à nos besoins. Un très grand merci à Mme Roy! Nous y retournerions avec plaisir!

Fantastiskt hus med ett fantastiskt läge. Huset är beläget i ett lugnt område men bara 7 min gångpromenad från croissetten. Jag hyrde huset i 11 nätter i skiftet mellan juni-juli. Som mest var vi 9 personer i huset och det kändes aldrig trångt ändå. Huset har alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig. Poolen är generös, bubbelpoolen lika så. Alla ytor är väl tilltagna oavsett vad man pratar om. Sovrum, badrum, poolområde, toaletter, vardagsrum, alla uteplatser. Rekommenderar det här huset med högsta betyg. Framförallt till dem som reser i större sällskap. 14 personer får utan problem plats. Tack för en underbar vistelse! Jag kommer garanterat tillbaka till denna fantastiska oas!
