3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
9. The parking promo code is only valid for one (1) vehicle per unit and for the 1 Day Product. Note that using the promo code incorrectly (for multiple cars or for more than 1 Day product) will result in a fine of up to $200 CAD.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
10. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
11. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

The six of us thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Location was a short walk to downtown Canmore and just steps from numerous eating establishments. A coffee/bagel shop, breakfast restaurant, ice cream shop, brewery to name just a few! The property was equipped with all of the essentials and stocked with necessities. Steve and Tina were very responsive to all my questions!

Our stay at stylish condo was good. Communication with hosts was excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we were close to everything we needed or wanted. We didn't hang out much in our place because we were on the go, but when we did we all really wished for more comfortable furniture in the living room area. In addition, two things should be noted - it is on a busy road which gives close access, but can also be noisy and there are trains going by behind the property mostly during the night. If you aren't a heavy sleeper, it will wake you up.
