This lovely condo offers exemplary space in a stunning resort. Chill out in air-conditioned comfort in this well equipped resort, complete with indoor pool, hot tub and & the beautiful One Wellness Spa. Cook up storm in the kitchen or throw a steak on the BBQ on the undercover patio. Choose your adventure. Town of Canmore License #RES-10965



    The Space:

    Located 15 minutes from Banff, and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and two lovely covered patios with BBQ and seating to enjoy the mountain air. The bedroom offers a private ensuite bathroom with scrumptious soft towels, king beds and luxury hotel linens. We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee and locally made, 100% natural bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).



    Guest Access:

    Guests have access to all parts of the condo, and all amenities in Solara Resort & Spa



    The Neighborhood:

    Solara Resort and Spa is located in the main tourist condo area. The local bus is nearby, with connections to a bus to Banff , Lake Louise and Calgary. If you come by airport shuttle the stop is a couple of minutes up the road. This is a licensed, legal condo, so your booking is assured. Coffee shops, liquor store, general store etc. are all 5 minutes walk away. If you need a little pampering, One Wellness spa is gorgeous, and is located within Solara Resort. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping opportunities nearby. Feel free to message us anytime for recommendations!



    Getting Around:

    Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is literally a one minute ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up, a 15 minute walk from Solara.



    Other Things to Note:

    Free parking is provided for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must pay $20 per day.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. Talk to us for advice on hiking, biking, skiing, restaurants etc. If you need specific equipment for your stay that you don't want to buy, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.

This was our first apartment rental instead of a hotel. While the check-in is different the value for money was great. The room, view, and privacy were amazing. My only disappointment was the hot tub and pool. The chems were off leaving my sinuses burning and the area was either undergoing renovations or in need of them.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was definitely a home-away-from-home for us. It provided the best base location for our day travels into Canadian Rockies and the nearby National Parks. It was quiet and well-maintained with a beautiful view as a bonus.

Great little getaway

We had a wonderful time. The suite was tidy, clean, quiet and just the right size for our getaway. Loved the views from the balconies. The location was close to some really great restaurants (walking distance)that our host recommended. We definitely hope to return sometime soon.

Wonderful property!

The property was exactly as described in the listing and it included everything needed for a wonderful stay. Very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. The location of the property is very convenient, with quick access to both Canmore and highway towards Banff. Canmore has a lot to offer without the huge crowds found in Banff. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Spectacular view! Warm, welcoming quiet spot.

This was a beautiful condo in a great location! I even have a spectacular view of the New Years Eve fireworks display from the bedroom balcony. Seamless from check in to checkout and within a 5 minute walk to downtown. Just close enough!

The condo was perfect for a ski trip for two. It had everything we needed. We have stayed in VRBO all over Europe and N America and this is definitely one that is well equipped. Great Place in Canmore

The condo was as advertised and extremely clean. Host was very accommodating in ensuring easy check-in and follow up to confirm no issues. Location is just outside the downtown area which made driving to/from easy without getting caught up in the downtown traffic. On the flip side, still close to downtown to get to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

It was clean, owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing was with weather being nice would have been nice to sit on deck but chairs and floor were dusty and dirty.
