⛺ The Entertainment Room with Half Bath: every luxury mountain resort managed by Samsara has set aside a special space where family members and guests can gather to spend quality time together, maybe play darts or a board game, compete with each other in video games using the most advanced Xbox One S Console, or even just chill and relax on the couch watching our Samsung 65" UHD Curved Smart TV, which you will rarely see in a 5-start hotel. The Entertainment Room is also equipped with a queen-size soft bed.

Great space and location for a group
A group of 5 retired couples spent 4 nights- good location for touring Banff. 4 identical en-suite bedrooms. The fifth is basement den with half bath. We had a few wrinkles with door lock and wanted to identify a few minor stains- property manager was very prompt in responding. The two park passes and all the cleaning supplies were a plus!

Family Getaway
This was a great condo for 6 adults and 2 children for the 3 nights we stayed. Everyone had their own space but we could still all fit comfortably in the living room and kitchen/dining room. Beds were all great. We did have a few issues in the kitchen.....only coffee maker that worked was the keurig so we had to go out and buy pods and there were no large serving bowls at all...had to use a pot to make salad. Some of the TVs and lots of the remotes didnt work and the shaw cable didnt work.

Great location for large group
Pros:1. Plenty of room for our crew of 10. The main area is quite large. The bathrooms are huge.2. The property was clean and the descriptions in the listing are accurate. There were some signs of wear like a few flickering bulbs and loose door handles, but this is common in short-term rentals. No significant issues at all.3. The property was well-stocked with consumables.4. The staff was very responsive. Any questions or issues were resolved the same day or next day.Cons / other notes1. Parking. There is sufficient parking in the garage and in the driveway for 2 vehicles. However, large SUVs / trucks with cargo boxes will likely be too tall to fit in the garage and will need to park outside. Street parking is limited and fills up quickly (not the fault of the condo, it's just a busy area)In short, I'd stay at this property again. Thanks again for a great experience.

Great townhouse for a large group
We were 7 people staying here for a week. The configuration of the rooms was perfect for our group. Top floor had 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 2nd floor had the master king bedroom and the other room had 2 double beds next to each other. All the rooms had their own bathroom and TV. There are a lot of steps and different levels( 6 total) there is a lower level where the 2 sets of washer and dryers are and a pull out couch . We ended up using this area as our ski storage since it is close to the garage. Living room was lovely and fireplace a nice touch. We spent most of our time in the kitchen( bring your own spices, foil and plastic bags) great appliances. Large kitchen table was perfect for game night. The townhome is close to the highway and town making it easy to get to the ski resorts . Banff is 20 minutes away, sunshine about 40 and Lake Louise about an hour. Calgary airport was an easy 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Great rental for a big group.

This property needs a lot of attention. We had to rewash the dishes and silverware before using because they didn’t appear to be clean and some silverware had food on it. There were very few towels (old and tattered) and even less washcloths. One towel appeared to have hair dye on it. Lack of coat hangers, with only 3 in our closet. One bedroom appeared to have no closet because the credenza and TV was in front of it. Credenza needs to be moved to the empty wall beside the bed and a smaller table used for the TV so you can use the closet. TV’s had incorrect remotes in some rooms and one tv had a cable disconnected, which we fixed so they could use it. Auto shades in the living room, second from left motor is dying and third from left motor totally dead. Dust on air vent behind couch was awful. Power mop had a filthy pad on it. It should be washed after every use. I could not find another pad to use. Carpet really should be cleaned and the front door mat needs to be replaced.

Great Stay!
We stayed at this townhouse for a friend’s wedding in Banff! There were 9 adults total and everyone fit perfectly. The house was stocked with great toiletry items, was very clean, and came with 2 park passes! We loved the walkability to downtown Canmore to several restaurants and bars. Management was very attentive and made sure we had everything we could have needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family trip to Canmore and Banff
This property has it all, lots of space, great bedrooms with ensuites, tv’s in every room, and perfect for family gatherings like ours. We had a great time celebrating our parent’s golden anniversary. The place was clean and you get what you see plus more.
