Our family has been staying here for 15 years and we hope you enjoy your stay.
The chalets at Mystic Springs are all two story townhouses with ground floor entries. The main level has a large living room, a kitchen and dining area. The upper floor has the bedrooms and bathrooms.

CLEANING
✓Spotless after every guest, we adhere to enhanced five step cleaning process and sanitization.

POOL & FACILITIES
The shared facilities include a large, covered outdoor hot-tub, a heated outdoor pool, a Barbeque cooking area and a coin-operated laundry room.

KITCHEN & DINING
✓Full Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, oven, Range hood, full fridge, microwave, nice lay out. Kitchen items provided such as paper towels, pots and pans, cooking oil and basic spices. Kitchen Table with 8 chairs. CO and smoke detector.

The condo is very well equipped, spacious for four people, clean, and comfortable. Great for dining in and close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as the Canmore Nordic Centre. Some of us enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after skiing. Very accessible off the TC Hwy but also very quiet. On the other hand, the communication via messages from the host versus VRBO were confusing - for example check-in information from VRBO was confusing, repetitive and incorrect in terms of parking whereas communication from the host was succinct and accurate. We would have liked to know in advance that the laundry facilities were in a separate building and required payment. The entry hallway is small and the hall closet needs to have space for boots on the floor.

This is my Third time staying at Mystic Springs. Many of the units are in need of renovation but all are clean and well appointed. Some lamps were missing bulbs and the fireplace was a bit wonky and noisy but over all our stay was quite nice. It’s a great walkable location. The hot tub jets were t working and the pool and tub need some renovation TLC The price, location and amenities can’t be beat. You won’t regret staying here

Our stay at Mystic Springs over the holidays was fantastic! The location is easy to find and the hot pools/hot tub were enjoyed by the whole family. We especially liked having the pool less than 30’ from the property entrance! Property had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked to make our own meals. We will definitely plan to return soon!

The location of this condo is amazing however we had very little communication with the host. We’d reach out and receive no response. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable so I wouldn’t count on using it unless it’s for a toddler or younger child. Bedroom windows had no curtains and the living room one was broken and hard to maneuver. Overall cleanliness was very lacking. The rug downstairs was dirty. While they did provide toiletries such as toilet paper and shampoo/condition, trash bags were not provided aside from the one that was already in the can. Overall the place needs better care. The pool and hot tub was great though and pool is heated so kids swam despite the cold!

We loved our stay! Hosts answered all of questions and the condo was the perfect size for the 7 of us. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub! We will be back!

The place was great for me my wife and daughter. It had everything we needed plus a great pool/hot tub area. They had issues with window coverings but we made it work. I had an issue with parking app and Mya was great to work with. Oh and it is a great location for Banff.

Great stay

Property was great and Just as we expected. Sofa bed was broken, but we didn’t need it. Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the spare room was freezing. Move the end table and uncover the register.

Family get a way

Great location…condo was clean… no bathroom on the main floor but that wasn’t a big deal to us.. laundry isn’t in the condo but is by the hot tub/pool which is very close..we really enjoyed our stay here!
