Our Stylish Rustic-Chic condo looks out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. Our Chalet features two bedrooms with very comfortable NEW beds, and stunning mountain views! There is a fully stocked kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal , 2 FULL bathrooms with in-floor heating, and in-suite laundry!

We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. -Cozy electric fireplace for those cold winter days and available Air Conditioning for those precious hot summer months! -Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad. -Free surface guest parking on site. -Lightning fast WiFi on our large 50" SMART TV and another 50" TV located in the Master Bedroom which features complimentary Netflix. -Located close to Downtown Canmore (only a close 10 Min walk) and to multiple stunning mountain walking trails!
What guests don't love that much about our listing: -There is only 1 assigned parking stall per unit in the Mystic Springs complex. If you are traveling with a larger group with more than 1 vehicle, any additional vehicles will need to park on the free street parking surrounding the complex as we only have 1 parking pass to share per reservation.
Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Full size bed and a full size double on double bunk bed in the second bedroom and a brand new queen pullout couch in the living room. All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. Our state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access The Mystic Springs Chalets include guest access to the large outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Free Surface Parking to ALL Guests! Shared Outdoor Eating Area (Picnic Tables/Benches) and BBQ Free to use during your stay!
Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ - Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning (A/C) unit is currently unavailable until summer.
*Please note* -The Mystic Springs parking lot is reserved for ONLY ONE registered vehicle of guests and owners per unit. Effective March 1, 2025, the lot will be regularly monitored by Park-It Solutions, a third-party parking enforcement company. Each unit is permitted to register one vehicle. Please locate the Park-It Solutions QR code in the unit to register your vehicle by license plate number. Additional vehicles may be parked on neighboring streets where parking is permitted.
Reminder:
*Pack & Play Policy* If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.
Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

-All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Excellent accommodations for a family ski week! The condo was super clean and fully stocked with all amenities which made our vacation hassle free. Also it was great to have 2 full bathrooms! The outdoor hot tub was a nice touch as well after a long ski day. Thanks Michael for being very responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed for the week. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again next year. Thank you!

Although the Dryer Knob was broken the Location was very Convenient it's the closest to the pool and it's right in front of the Laundry Area for public use. The Host responded on time in every step of the way and checking out is really simple and easy. There is only a 1 car per guest so if you drive with 2 or more be prepared to look for a vacant street spot (very hard)

The property is great with single units. Own front and back door. Swimming pool and hot tub are the drawing feature. A tad smaller than imagined for occupancy stayed 11. Clean and well equipped

Stayed for 4 nights, easy check in process. Townhouse very clean, owners available if needed but we did not need anything during our stay. Highly recommended.
