You'll be hard pressed to find a more splendidly designed, sprawling home base for your Canmore adventures than the Mistaya Suite. Feel like skating, or eating out? Maybe you'd like to spend your afternoon perusing one of Canmore's many galleries or shops? You can find all of those options mere steps from your front door. Adventures further afield are easily accessed via the highway, a quick drive from Downtown. When you return to your home base this immaculate 3 bedroom condo has room for everyone to unwind separately, or come together for a family meal and board game night in the open concept living and dining area.

This space has been designed to share, both with your guests and in your social media posts about your incredible trip to the Rockies. Thoughtful design and ideal location come together to create an incredible home base for families, extended families, and groups of friends travelling together.

As you enter the condo, the clever design choices made in the recent renovation become evident. A Ski-lift chair is available for you to take a seat and remove your shoes. Follow the short hallway into the spacious open-concept Kitchen, Dining and Living areas. There is a world map on the wall, please feel free to add a pin for wherever it is you're joining us from!

The kitchen has everything you could need to create a delicious feast. From the convenient Keurig (and milk frother, for the latte lovers among you) to the tools needed to mix up an exciting cocktail, your guests will be set to settle in at any of the 5 bar-top seats and watch you create a masterpiece. Once everything has been prepared the large dining table (which seats 8) is only steps away.
After dinner, once everything has been cleared away into the dishwasher, you can settle in in front of the expansive fireplace and watch a movie on the large Smart TV.. There are many interesting art pieces and books on the shelves for you to enjoy as well.

Located off of the living area is the Master Suite. This room features a king bed, and its own sitting area with TV. Young children who don't like to sleep alone just yet can take advantage of the fact that this sofa converts to a queen sized sofa bed. Connected to this room is the rather large master ensuite, with double vanity, walk in shower, and luxurious jacuzzi tub.

The other two bedrooms can be found on the other side of the living area, at opposite ends of the hallway that contains the laundry area.

The second bedroom provides a queen bed, and four - yes FOUR - built-in bunk beds. These beds even have their own curtains for privacy, meaning this may be the ideal kids' sleepover room, but adults can still get some quality shut-eye in peace.
The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and a sitting area as well. The couch in this space unfolds into a futon bed.

Wonderful condo! Great location, plenty of restaurants to walk to. A few things to know: the garage is for a small car - our small SUV needed to fold its mirrors to fit. You still have a spot to park outside tho. Have a good memory as you need to remember the code for: the front door, the elevator, the condo, and the garage. The views are somewhat obstructed to some tall trees. And we never did figure out the TV - yes streaming, but ESPN or CNBC? No. Would I stay again - resounding YES!

Spacious, clean, well kitted out apartment with a cracking balcony for an end of day drink looking at the Three Sisters. Perfect spot in Canmore only 2-3 minute walk from main street and the Rocky Mountain Bagel Store...a must. Avoid the tourist zoo in Banff and stay in the Mistaya Suites in Canmore!

Beautiful Canmore Suite

Mistaya suite was clean and beautiful. Centered right in the middle of downtown Canmore surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mts, dozens of restaurant and shops within walking distance. It was awesome overall. One small complaint would be the lack of a shade/blinds for the skylight located in the bunk room, this made for some very late nights and early mornings with my toddler due to late sunsets and early sunrises in the summer months.

A Slice of Paradise

The unit was very clean with a beautiful view. It was exactly as pictured online. It was well stocked with all the essentials and the beds slept like a dream. Location was super-convenient so we could easily walk to dinner and shopping.

Great location in Canmore!

Appreciated Rockie Rentals - great communication! Thank you for providing the bear spray to borrow! All of the codes (garage, condo, garbage) was a bit much but we got used to it….may need to check the skylight blind- did not work. Overall, great vacation! Would recommend!

Mistaya Suite was amazing in every way. The owners thought of everything, even the small stuff. We loved all the options available for making hot drinks, the full size mirrors and TVs in the bedrooms, etc. The place also couldn't have been in a better location. 2024 Summer Vacation

The home had almost everything we needed to cook meals for our families daily. We had to grab more trash bags. Otherwise, it was a great stay with enough amenities in the bathrooms and laundry room. Beautifully decorated with plenty of sleep accommodations for our kids. Close proximity to shopping and eateries. A great way to get in a morning or evening stroll. The location was ‘central’ to many of the parks and lakes we visited and our drive to the airport home. We would stay here again!!

Easter get away

Great space for a family. Excellent location and so close to town but still quiet. The only minor inconvenience was that we couldn’t watch NHL Hockey games on TV. Would have preferred regular cable. Overall a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Perfect setup for myself and adult children. Easy to the ski hills and tons to do in town. The unit is so close to the action that one needs to be aware there may be some street noise when restaurant goes are home for the night. Would stay again and highly recommend. Communication from staff excellent and beyond what is normal.

Lovely!

My family stayed here with my sisters family for 3 nights while we skied at Sunshine. The bunk bed room slept my 3 kids (ages 7, 9,13) in the bunk beds and my husband and I had the queen bed. My adult-sized nephews shared another room, and my niece and sister shared the master bedroom. We felt like we had plenty of space. The suite was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, although we ate out most of the time. The location was great and there were tonnes of food options around. The garage space was small but did fit our van. My sister parked behind us outside with her larger vehicle. We had no problems with check-in and the manager connected with us by email and phone to make sure everting was ok. Would stay here again

Golf & Bike Trip

Had a great stay over the weekend. The condo is in an amazing location, right downtown. It has a single car garage that was perfect for our bikes and clubs. Easy to find and they had a great little dolly in the garage to help bring the bags up. We biked into Banff on Saturday, half of us rented e-bikes from in town and worked great for the group. Had sushi for lunch and checked out downtown banff in afternoon. We biked back and had a great steak dinner at Murietta’s that’s just down the street from the condo. There was a great little pub beside the condo that had live music when we came back from dinner. Great experience and great location. We packed up on Sunday and hit the course before returning to Calgary. We only had 1 minor issue during our stay where the coffee maker wasn’t working. They had a French press so we were able to make coffee on the first day and we contacted the property manager who had a new coffee maker dropped off before we got back from banff that afternoon. Excellent customer service response, they were prompt and professional. The property manager was great with reaching out with details of the stay and answered any questions we had before the trip as well. Overall we will definitely be returning again, great condo, great location, awesome weekend with the guys.

Excellent!

Location was great. More beds than we ended up needing. Kitchen has all the silverware, utensils that we needed and then some. Having laundry machines was great since we were able to travel lighter. Email responses were fairly quick. Would definitely look to staying there again if we returned to the Banff area in the future.
