    1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

    2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

    3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

    4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

    5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

    6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

    7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

    8. NO PETS allowed. Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals: Please contact us before booking to confirm the building’s Bylaws and documentation.

    *Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


    9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

    10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Tina, the host was a delight to work with from the moment I booked our mini mountain trip. She responded quickly and efficiently with the questions I had and was excellent at giving me all the information needed for both check-in and check-out.The unit was very clean. The kitchen had lots of extras like aluminum foil (for the bbq), salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, a few spices and evoo.We loved spending time in the indoor/outdoor hot tub. Very relaxing at the end of the day.The beds were super comfortable.Thank you also for the bathroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup wipes.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Great unit, very clean, lots of extras included.Thank you Tina for making our stay comfortable and very relaxing and most importantly, stress free.
