Tucked away in the Canadian Rockies, Canmore is a charming mountain town bordering Banff National Park! Enjoy stunning mountain views and an unbeatable downtown location when you stay in our luxurious 2 Bedroom Penthouse. Challenge yourself with a hike up Ha Ling Peak in the summer, just a 15 minute drive away, or venture into Banff National Park and discover countless hikes and activities. If you’re joining us in the winter, skiers will love Lake Louise, Sunshine Village, and Norquay! After an adventurous day, retreat to our relaxing apartment to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine by the lovely gas fireplace.

Our 1,915 sq.ft. penthouse apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. The master bedroom features a king bed and a movable twin box spring, and the second bedroom features a queen bed. You'll also find a spacious den, separated by a curtain door, which features a queen bed.

Get ready for your day in one of the 2 BATHROOMS. We'll provide you with bed linen, bath linen, a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner! Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.

After a day of hiking, retreat to our bright, air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV while enjoying the ambiance of the stone fireplace. Plan your next adventure or connect with friends back home using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the private balcony. You'll love the view of the mountains!

In the KITCHEN, you'll find an electric stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a full-size fridge and freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, SodaStream, cooking utensils, and a blender. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite Keurig coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay in our lovely Cascade Suite, including a bike and ski storage! If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE heated garage parking available on-site. Street parking is also available nearby.

We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Tavern 1883, located just beside the property. Walk downstairs and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and a tasty snack at Communitea Cafe. Take a stroll through Canmore and admire the surrounding mountains or enjoy a relaxing walk along the Bow River after visiting the local boutiques and art galleries. Take a stroll up to Grassi Lakes with a friend!

• Please note that the dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, but can be extended to accommodate up to 8 guests. Unfortunately, there are no additional dining chairs, however, you are welcome to use the chairs from the balcony

• An additional movable twin box spring is stored in the master bedroom closet and can be set up in any room as needed.

Nice property and comfortable. We would have liked the check in process before we arrived rather than after to be better prepared. We primarily slept and rested at the unit but you had a lot of amenities others would enjoy such as the fireplace as time and weather might dictate. We never did see where the outdoor hot tub or fitness center were (?).

Perfect location!

The location of the condo was central to shops, restaurants, etc. in Canmore (also a quick drive to Banff). It was very convenient and felt safe! There are beautiful views from the balcony and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable, which was also a plus. Walking across the street to One98eight for brunch was an extra perk, as the food was excellent and the service was delightful!The check-in process was frustrating, as we received incorrect door and garage door codes (more descriptive instructions would have also been helpful for the garage door keypad). The property manager was able to assist by providing the correct codes over the phone. The garbage/dumpster door code was also incorrect. Another call solved that issue as well. The TV and internet service were patchy throughout our one week stay (we like to watch TV at night, so that was frustrating). The couches were not comfortable, but if you're on the go while you're there, it probably won't matter.In the end, the view from and convenience of this location are well worth the visit! The fireplace was a nice touch as well.

Wonderful retreat

The property is excellent for a getaway to the mountains. Comfortable, well equipped, and close to ammenities. Had a bit of a problem with initial access on checkin, but having the ability to call someone right away (Canadian Rockies Vacation Rentals) sorted it out quickly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Home!

This was perfect for us, thanks for hosting! We had 7 people staying (4 adults, 3 kids), and were all very comfortable. Canmore ended up being the perfect location for us, with easy walking to restaurants, bars, and activities (the Canmore River Tour was fantastic!). The home was located in the middle of everything, and yet also easy to get on the highways one needs when exploring the larger Banff area. And YES, the balcony views are exactly as pictured!

Excellent getaway

We loved our stay in Canmore. The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable too. The location made it great to walk to downtown plus it’s over a coffee shop which was handy too. Hope we can get back there soon!

Great location for touring the mountains

Nice clean and modern condo centrally located in Canmore. Easy access to the main highway and also to restaurants and pubs in town. It's a bit difficult to locate the first time in town as the street to the condo is essentially an alley. Check in was confusing and frustrating. Main entry is through the garage which has two keypads..--one of which is not functional and the other is a lockbox. We were not told that it was a lockbox-and kept waiting for the garage door to open. We eventually went upstairs through the main entrance and tried the door code we were given-no luck as the code either did not work or the battery was out in the keypad. We then met our neighbors who showed us the entrance from the garage to the building-fortunately the door was unlocked and we were able to access the garage (where the condo keys are located). From there we could access our vehicle and also the condominium. The local property manager came by later (very helpful young lady and I don't remember her name) and showed us the lockbox/keypad. I told her the instructions for entry need to be clearer as all the codes and entry instructions are spread across 2 pages plus the main keypad is inoperable. All in all a nice comfortable condo with mountain views and everything you need to cook (bring your own coffee though).
