The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali. "Lejos de todo. Transfer gratis hasta 10km, nunca está disponible así que te buscas taxi o lo pides con 1dia. Inglés hablan/entienden poco. Desayuno limitado, pedi quitar huevos y ni caso, mucho menos cambiarlos por otra cosa. No cambian toallas. Cama solo estiran la colcha. "
