Located on the 1st floor, this dual-aspect apartment features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, multifunction oven, microwave, and more. The living space opens onto a large, lovely 12 m² terrace.

A hallway leads to two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom, and a separate WC (with a cupboard including a washing machine).

The living room is air-conditioned.

A parking space is available as an optional extra, upon reservation.
