Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. There is also a 10 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included. The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared, secure, unheated swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September
- A 19 m² terrace with furniture and parasol
- An unenclosed 10 m² garden to make the most of the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment just 5 minutes' walk from the beach. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Various activities such as the "Oniria" aquarium, the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf course, boat and jet ski hire, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, numerous cycling circuits, swimming pool, skiing in winter, tourist activities all year round.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park in front of the residence (1 vehicle) or in the nearby public car parks.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan, about 14 km away (16 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, about 17 km away (19 min by car)
- There is a bus service opposite the residence.

Other remarks:
- The nearest beach is around 2 km from the accommodation (5 min by car, 30 min on foot)
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
