"stay is not worth the rate it charges"

"I booked for 6 nights but after just one night I booked 9 more. I had already been to 5 cities in India and was tired so just wanted to unwind. I loved this guesthouse. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room had a fridge which was great. The host Manuel was really accommodating and helped me book my taxi to the airport. "First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. "Cozy rooms, no face towels, Reception desk kept on calling us because they did not have a reservation number. Very annoying. No parking available, no dining available"

"From Day1 upon checking till the exit after 4 days it was a very bad experience staying here. Power outages, AC not working, No hot water geyser. TV not working. The list is endless. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Nice Property "

"The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking, the doors lock was not working properly, bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling "

"Good and comfort stay"

"Un excelente hotel muy bien situado, a cuatro pasos de la playa, buenas vistas, y maravilloso personal. El servicio de habitaciones es muy bueno. Lo único que no me gustó es que las sábanas y toallas eran azules, no blancas."

"The property was excellent, but outside the road is very noisy at night with car and hbikes h"
