"Good location, clean rooms. Poor view from our room, and the bed was completely worn out. Don’t stay in a double queen room be use according to the front desk staff they all have the same roof and side of building view with no sunlight. Felt like we were in a prison cell. $45 per night to park which comparatively was cheap for midtown."

"First let me give a shout out to Jerome, the hotel ambassador at The Candler. He was amazing and made our mother-daughter mothers day weekend so wonderful. From his amazing energy to checking in throughout our stay. He was so kind to upgrade us to an amazing suite which made our celebration that much more special. "As soon as I pulled up to the front entrance, I was welcomed and made to feel right at home. The reception desk was well staffed and the service was amazing. I was there for a graduation and only stayed one night. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I am in Atlanta!!"

"First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....
